"Oh sorry, I forgot to say the percentage, we were looking to buy 50% of the company, this would mean that neither of our nations could block the other of producing their equipment, however I believe that it would be both in our interests to keep these products between us. Not mentioning that 3,5 Billion dollars while small in comparision to the current debt, will lessen it a bit. And I'm sure that with the GA trying to help, Russia will in no time be back into a economic growth."
