Dear Secretary Ryan,
As the new Spanish Administration settles in, I wish to acknowledge the long-standing and strong ties between the Kingdom of Spain and the United Kingdom. With this in mind, I would like to arrange a meeting with yourself and/or the Ambassador of Great Britain to Spain to discuss the previous treaty that was in place, as well as other matters such as intelligence sharing and educational initiatives.
I trust these topics will be of interest to the Government of Great Britain, and I hope we can work together towards an even stronger partnership between our two nations. I look forward to your response in the near future.
