[Spain]: The Dawning of Tomorrow

It was early morning at the residence of Pablo Iglesias who was the leader of the Podemos party, Pablo resided in Las Rozas which was a short drive away from the center of Madrid. He had been up all through the night as he thought of a plan to overthrow the current government and install a left-wing government in the country which he would lead, he was sick and tired of the bullshit politics coming from the current government and those of other parties trying to enter government.

Pablo had been speaking to members inside Mariano Rajoy's government and had gained a lot of support for his movement which he knew would change Spain for life but it was better than sitting under the current regime as they did nothing for the country, he had even been receiving donations and more signups to his party on line.

Pablo decided that it was show time and the dawning of tomorrow was ready, it was time to strike. It was just a matter of waiting.

It was late into the night and much of the city was noiseless as much of the city was in bed, but at Sebastián de los Reyes Barracks just north of Madrid, it was picking up as 50 soldiers from 1st Special Operations Group "Ordenes Militares" would be preparing to begin the operation to capture the Prime Minister and any of his staff. They had equipped themselves with a silenced MP5 and a silenced Glock 17 and four rounds of ammunation for EACH gun if they do so needed it. They were wearing the obvious uniform with tactical helmet and bulletproof vest.

Three hours after preparations, the 50 personnel would arrive outside the Palace of Moncloa and would gain access as they stormed the complex, any security which resisted would be shot in the chest with either the silenced sub-machine gun or the silenced sidearm. They would capture the Prime Minister who was fast asleep and 'arrested' him as he was thrown into one of the awaiting vans.

Throughout the night, government ministries would be stormed by Civil Guard officers and important documents would be seized and any staff linked with the People's Party would be arrested, homes of People's Party ministers would be stormed and any cabinet members would be arrested. News would break at around 5am of much of the cabinet being arrested, it brought confusion to much of the country as they waited to hear what was going on.

"BUILDING A BETTER SPAIN, FOR NOW, FOR THE FUTURE."​

Social media across the country was eager to hear of the plans from the two major political parties who had gave their support and backing to what was going on. Pedro Morenés of the People's Party announced that he was the kingpin in fabricating the small but effective 'coup de'tat' and confirmed that Mariano Rajoy had been killed, even though he hadn't but the fake but well edited video circulated across social media confirmed that he was.

Small crowds had been forming outside the People's Party headquarters but these would swiftly be moved on by the Civil Guard so that no protests would break out.

The Royal Family of Spain would all be placed under house arrest in the Palace of Madrid as Pablo Iglesias took control of the country for the time being, stepping into the Palace of Moncloa for the first time since becoming Prime Minister.

The following royal decree was drafted, edited, signed by the king, and flagged for global dissemination through transmissions, e-mails and wire transmissions to global news agencies, and through priority bulletins faxed to every Embassy in Rome as well to the Italian Embassy in every European country.

Under the authority granted by me by the constitution of this nation, and by the station with which I have been entrusted by God and by the people of this nation, I, King Vincenzo Navarre, King of Italy, decree the following:

Whereas the current de'facto government of Spain reached power not through democratic or constitutional practices but through the violent overthrow of the sitting government, including the murder of the sitting head of government of the Kingdom of Spain.

Whereas the current de'facto government of Spain has placed under house arrest, presumably with the intention to depose, imprison, or even violently murder, the royal family of the Kingdom of Spain.

Whereas the Royal Family of the Kingdom of Spain is comprised of members of the House of Bourbon-Two Sicilies, recognized as a sovereign house of nobility within the Kingdom of Italy.

Whereas it is the prerogative of the Kingdom of Italy not only to look after her citizens and nobility but those members of the Sovereign Houses who find themselves at risk in their own countries.

Therefore let it be resolved that, with the advice and consent of the Coronal Convocation, and with the approval of the Conclave of Knights, I recognize that a state of war now exists between the Kingdom of Italy and the de'facto Podemos-PSOE government in Spain.

Pablo Iglesias eyes the announcement by the Italian Royal Family and just laughs at it.

"Wouldn't you look at that.. Italy acting as the world police, no surprise there?"

The Government of Bosnia-Herzegovina would announce its decision to recall its embassy personal back to Sarajevo and would deny the new regime in Spain the satisfaction of diplomatic recognition.

 

[Zak]

The new Spanish government respects the decision laid out by the Bosnian government and decides to recall its diplomatic staff also, any hard drives and papers would be destroyed in the embassy incinerators.

The Government of Bosnia-Herzegovina will return the respect and dignity accorded to its own officials in kind and will continue to permit free trade with Spain.

Across Madrid, checkpoints had been set up by the National Police Corps and BESCAM in order to crack down on protesters trying to get into the city. The Police Special Operations Group would be out in full force as they looked to arrest anyone across the city who was acting suspicious after being reported by standard patrol officers. Every single person in Madrid would be subject to these checks whether diplomatic, on foot, in vehicles, etc.
