Margarita Robles, the Spanish Minister of Defence initiates an encrypted call to an available representative of First Choice. Attached to the call was
Isabel Moreno who was the incumbent Director of the State Agency for Air Safety. The call was classified on a need to know basis between certain employees between the Ministry of Development and Ministry of Defence in regards to the recent crash of five military aircraft.
