Classification Level: CLASSIFIED ​ Dear Zhu Rongji, Premier of the State Council of the PRC, I am Bernard Barrera, Prime Minister of the newly formed Sixth Republic of France. I'm contacting you regarding one of your current visitors in Beijing: Jean-Marie Le Pen, it is to our understanding that he is currently in a meeting with President Hu Jintao. I would like to inform you that Le Pen has been removed from power as President due to various treasonous actions including, but not limited to: incompetence, abuse of power, and corruption. His government and ministers have also been arrested under the assumption that they too had a hand in the crime committed by Le Pen, however, further investigation is required into determining who is guilty and who is not. What is for certainty is that Le Pen is guilty. With this said, we ask, for the benefit of our current and future diplomatic relations that you arrest Jean-Marie Le Pen immediately and extradite him to France to face justice for his crimes. We also understand that the previous Minister of Finance, DuPont, is also in this meeting. He is to be arrested as well. To: Bernard Barrera From: Zhu Rongji Dearest Prime Minister Barrera, It is my pleasure to inform you that, after a small hiccup, we have arrested both Jean-Marie Le Pen and Jacques DuPond by your authority under the crimes of treason towards the state of France. We currently have them boarding a plane which will shortly leave from Beijing Capital International Airport and will fly its way to the Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport. The arrival of the plane and its contents are estimated to be roughly twelve hours. With that said and done, I would like to ask you a favor in return for the one that we have given to you and your government. Le Pen's France had sold our Armed Forces Domestic Production Licences for a handful of military hardware which we, due to his government's removal, have now lost. We would like to ask if it would be possible to re-gain these Domestic Production Licences at no extra cost for the arrest of Le Pen and DuPond. The equipment which we had purchased to Licenses for are the following: VAB Armored Personnel Carrier, Renault TRM 10000, and the Panhard VBL Scout Car. We will allow the Chinese airplane to land in any of the French airports for potential refueling or in the case of any accidents or other misadventures. We will also have some police officers waiting at the Paris International Airport to take hold of Jean-Marie Le Pen and bring him into containment. To show our appreciation to what China has done to help us, we will allow you to possess the DPRs for the following equipment, free of charge: Renault TRM 10000, Panhard VBL, and the VAB Armored Personnel Carrier. We would also like to offer you the DPRs for the CAESAR Self-Propelled Artillery Howitzer for 350,000,000.00$, which is a huge discount compared to what we would usually offer the DPR at. If that interests the PLAFs then simply transfer the funds and we will send you everything that you need. Now that that's out of the way, I believe that we would be able to reach quite the diplomatic relationship between the Sixth Republic of France and the People's Republic of China. Instead, I would like to count offer. China would be willing to pay, if you are willing to sell, 425,000,000.00$ for the following engineering vehicles: Leclerc DNG Armored Recovery Vehicle, Engin Blindé du Génie Engineering Vehicle, and the MINOTAUR Anti-Tank Mine Dispersion Vehicle. I will be available for a meeting between the two of us at your earliest convenience. I believe that visiting Paris would in reassuring the world that France is stable, yes? Zhu Rongji would notify the French government that he would begin his trip to Paris from Beijing. He would then board his plane and be arriving in France within the next 10 hours.
