My name is Amédée Marc Monchal, I am the new President of France under the newly founded Sixth Republic. I am hoping to open diplomatic relations between France and Rome under this new Republic and government. However, before we can truly begin forming these relations, it is to my government's knowledge that before the expulsion of President Le Pen's government, he had ordered for the Minister of Foreign Affairs that replaced him before his election; Gaspard DuPont to visit Rome in person. With this said, as the new President of France, I ask that you arrest this man and extradite him to France to face possible crimes and the crimes of the government in which he was a part of. I must inform you that your government's knowledge is incomplete. One of the First Citizen's subordinates, as well as a military attache, met with him on the french slopes of Mont Blanc. However, Mont Blanc is close to the Italian border and it is possible that Minister DuPont escaped to Italy and the Alps during the transition of power as we have heard no information regarding his current whereabouts nor have anyone sited him. Therefore, we believe that it would be of upmost importance is our two police forces could work together in both Italian and French lands surrounding Mont Blanc in the hopes of capturing DuPont.
