[100] officers of the 3rd Directorate of the Security Service of Ukraine
[50] officers of the 4th Directorate of the Security Service of Ukraine
Objectives:
Equipment:
Officers [150] will each be issued a Fort-14TP
Any textbook costs will be covered as well
Location:
Training shall take place at the National Academy of the Security Service of Ukraine. HVAC, plumbing, and electrical professionals will be brought in from trade schools to lecture at an accelerated rate.
Duration and cost:
This training session shall take place over the course of one [1] month.
Funding for this training shall total $10,000,000.00

Objectives:
To increase foreign language skills. | —The goals for grammar and pronunciation in each of the selected languages are different and will be further specified by the instructors for each class —Regardless of the language, each officer must learn to recognize a list of specific vocabulary words (spoken and in writing) by the end of the course. These will be specified in class. |
To increase the ability of the 3rd and 4th directorates to blend in while undercover in trade jobs | —By the end of this course each officer must possess knowledge required to pass in Ukraine as an apprentice in one of the selected trade-skill areas. This will be determined by a written examination. |
To increase the physical fitness of each officer and further extend their knowledge of self-defense | —By the end of this course each officer must be able to run one mile in 8.5 minutes or less. —By the end of this course each officer must be able to run five miles within an hour without walking. |
To increase proficiency in the use of sidearms | —By the end of this course each officer must be able to disassemble, clean, and reassemble their firearm. —By the end of this course each officer must be able to complete timed marksmanship assessment |
To increase the camaraderie between the 3rd and 4th Directorates through learning and sport. |
