With Jericho Bourne otherwise occupied on another Political Engagement, one Minister of Foreign Affairs named Adam Hall had begun to call the Israeli Prime Minister on a private and encrypted line. Waiting patiently for the Israeli Leader to answer, a glass of water cupped between his hands ready to speak.

Benjamin sat at his desk filling in some paperwork and reading over some notes that was passed to him, the phone rang which startled him at first but then he got his composure picking up the phone “Prime Minister Netanyahu, how can I be off help?” Not knowing who the other person on the phone was at the time

"Hello, my name is Adam Hall, I'm contacting you on behalf of the British Government.
The Office of the Prime Minister had recevied your email, however, he's out of country on a diplomatic mission so is unavailable. However, I have the authority to discuss any affairs regarding our countries. Is now a good time?"

“Ah of course! Now is a good time, thank you for getting in touch so quickly, I hope everything is well within the United Kingdom?”

Neither Israeli message or phone call was encrypted, so the Brazilian Cyber Defense Agency would happily listen in on the phone call. They know it is with the UK, but not with whom Netanyahu is speaking with. Two replies into the call it is certain the Israeli's do not know they are being listened to. The agent in charge of listening in on the Israeli's, Agent Hernandez, has seen this many times before. His computer is recording every word the Israeli Prime Minister is saying.

With the Brazilian Operations not being encrypted or private, the Israeli Government would notice someone hacking into the system and the call and would be notified it the Brazilians. All this would be noted down and used as evidence, the Israeli would simply say on the phone “I shall call you back in a moment” the phone line would die disconnecting the Brazilians and Benjamin would rephone on an encrypted line

With the Brazilians now aware that the Israelis are aware that they are listening, the Brazilian listening operation would cease. However, they are now fully aware of Israel's communication techniques, or lack thereof, and possibly tap into every Israeli message from now on. The Israeli's lack of communication security could also enable the Brazilian's to penetrate the UK's security system, however that would take a full scale military operation, one the Brazilians might be hesitant to do so at the moment. But the possibilities are there.
