The Swedish Royal Navy is finalising the decommissioning of the Ōsumi-Class Amphibious Transport Dock formerly HSwMS Ystad and as such has issued instruction to the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration to find an appropriate outlet.

We are seeking a willing occupier to purchase the Ōsumi-Class Amphibious Transport Dock for a fair price and to receive delivery upon completion of the decommissioning process. The Defence Materiel Administration will consider bids from state, corporate and private entities on the provision of genuine accessibility to the appropriate funding and that such accessibility can be proven prior to confirmation of final bid. The cost price to produce this vessel stands at $500,000,000.00, first introduced only recently so at the height of it's technical capabilities; supporting up to eight helicopters, two Landing Craft Air Cushion (LCAC), a maximum of 1000 active personnel and space for ten main battle tanks.

Bidding will start at $250,000,000 - a 50% markdown from cost price.

The Belgian Government would place a bid of $10,000,000,000 with the intention of acquiring the vessel for use in its Skeleton navy

Payment must be made by single transfer, in full.
