This telephone call is made in line with the Swedish Document Classification and Security Act 1995, which also covers telephonic communication, causing a 'SECURE' encryption level to be appended.

Anne-Grete Strøm-Erichsen, Minister of Defence answers the call from the confines of her office on an encrypted channel - she takes a sip from a glass of water which rested on a coaster next to her desk. The Norwegian coat of arms rested behind her.

"Under Secretary, what a pleasure it is to hear from you. How can I help you?"

"Minister, thank you for answering my call so promptly, I trust you are well? I don't think I have had the chance to formally introduce myself to you personally - I am the Under Secretary within the Swedish Department of Defence responsible for the Antarctic Defence Force. I have called you with the hope we discuss the purchase of equipment to help better defend the region?"

"I am well, thank you. It is always a pleasure to hear from our friends across the boarder in Sweden and hopefully we are able to conduct some business which will help both of our countries, may I ask what equipment you are looking for Under Secretary?"
