A telephone call is made to the Turkish Ministry of Defence, or equivalent department, by the Swedish Secretary of Defence, Peter Hultqvist.
This telephone call is made in line with the Swedish Document Classification and Security Act 1995, which also covers telephonic communication, causing a 'TOP SECRET' encryption level to be appended.

Minister Hulusi Akar Would pick up the phone on a secure line protected by the NIO. Additionally the Call would be Recorded by the NIO (Millî İstihbarat Teşkilatı).

”This is Minister Akar, I am assuming by the Caller ID that this is the Swedish Government, yes?”

Naturally, as with every call, the National Security Office would encrypt the call immediately and voice recognition/recording software activated without detection by the Turkish. This recording would later be used to verify the authenticity of the Turkish Minister in future calls.

"Minister Akar, yes, I am Secretary Peter Hultqvist from the Swedish Department of Defence. I think we have much to discuss as the situation between Turkey and Israel... and South Africa... has began to swirl around the toilet bowl. Do I have a moment of your time?"
