Dear Sir/Madam,

I write to you in confidence to avoid damage to your reputation or business as a result of this email.

We recently purchased production and delivery of a number of VHM Armoured Personnel Carrier from your organisation at a cost of $6,885,000.00 which was transferred on the 7th May 2013. I have been informed that this production was unfortunately blocked by one on your suppliers based in Great Britain and as a result we will not longer be able to recieve these goods - in respect of this could we please request a full refund direct to our accounts to satisfy the total amount of the order?

Dear Madame Secretary,

I apologize about the inconvenience of the sale, the VHM Armoured that the French Defense Industry is selling is a variant of the British BvS10 Viking created by the Panhard group. It seems that the British didn't like that.

Regardless, we apologize again and a full refund will be given to the Swedish government and we hope that this will not ruin any future sales between the Swedish government and the French Defense Industry.
