As part of international consultation the Defence Business Administration invites Expressions of Interest from qualified suppliers, manufacturers or authorised distributors for the provision of short to medium-haul business aircraft suitable for international operations.

This expression of interest is intended to gather market information, evaluate capabilities and identify potential suppliers for future procurement considerations.

Further to your Expression of Interest for Business Aircraft, Brazil is pleased to present a scalable portfolio from Embraer suitable for short to medium-haul international operations, government/VIP transport, and special missions. Our proposal combines low operating cost, reliability, and strong in-service support.

Proposed Aircrafts​

1) Embraer Legacy 600 — Super-midsize business jet

• Typical VIP seating: 10–13 pax, three cabin zones + aft lavatory/baggage accessible in flight.
• Range class: ~3,000+ nm (true medium-haul; inter-regional).
• Highlights: Full glass cockpit, excellent field performance for its size, robust dispatch reliability; options for SATCOM, secure comms, quick-change medevac kit.
• Price: $33,650,000 USD

2) Embraer Lineage 1000 — VIP large-cabin (E-Jet derivative)

• Typical VIP seating: 15–19 pax, up to five cabin zones; generous baggage.
• Range class: ~4,000+ nm (longer medium-haul; select transcontinental missions).
• Highlights: Airline-grade systems with bizjet interior; low cycle stresses, high availability; ideal as head-of-state / senior leadership transport.
• Price: $60,000,000 USD

3) Embraer Phenom 300 — Light business jet

• Typical VIP seating: 6–8 pax.
• Range class: ~1,800–2,000 nm (short/medium sectors across Europe and near abroad).

4) Embraer E-170 — Regional jet in VIP/“Business Shuttle” configuration

• Framework & partnership adjustments: Brazil is open to preferential pricing within a broader government-to-government framework and/or wider bilateral cooperation agreements between our nations, which may enable improved commercial conditions (e.g., multi-program synergies, industrial participation, and long-term support packages).
