Muhammed Onwudiwe would read the fax that came out of the machine. He had just come into the secretaries room since his own coffee machine had broken down, and he wanted some meaningful conversation with the secretaries, who were truly as close to friends as he had now. He burst out laughing and accidentally poured coffee onto his uniform. It didn't hurt the humor of the situation, however, and he forwarded the fax to almost every member of the central government, the chiefs of every military branch, the special police, civilian elected ministers, ministers of foreign affairs, and those people then forwarded the fax to their subordinates: The captains of nearly every military vessel, division, and further regimental commanders, even down to pilots and military train operators. It was, quite frankly, hilarious. In army camps, you could hear the phrase sometimes repeated as a joke, however, no one thought much of it. By the time it reached anyone beyond the Chiefs and Ministers, it was thought to be a fabricated joke and raised no suspicion. The secretary however did take a copy and forwarded it to the chief office of the CBIB. Just incase.
