Issued at Stockholm Palace, November 2000

On the promulgation of the treaty between the Kingdom of Sweden, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the United States of America namely the Transatlantic Security Arrangement.
I, Carl XVII Gustaf, King of Sweden on the advice of the Government and with the assent of the Riksdag, hereby ordain that:

The aforementioned Transatlantic Security Arrangement between the Kingdom of Sweden, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the United States of America, signed in Stockholm in November 2000, and ratified by the Riksdag on November 2000, is hereby promulgated and shall enter into force as domestic law in accordance with its provisions. The Secretary for Defence shall ensure the implementation of the treaty’s provisions within the framework of existing legal and administrative structures.

Given at Stockholm Palace, this month of May, in the year two thousand.

On the promulgation of the treaty between the Kingdom of Sweden and the Socialist Republic of Thailand namely the Strategic Partnership and Democratic Alliance Treaty.
I, Carl XVII Gustaf, King of Sweden on the advice of the Government and with the assent of the Riksdag, hereby ordain that:

The aforementioned Strategic Partnership and Democratic Alliance Treaty between the Kingdom of Sweden and the Socialist Republic of Thailand, signed in Bangkok in May 2006, and ratified by the Riksdag in May 2006, is hereby promulgated and shall enter into force as domestic law in accordance with its provisions. The Secretary of Foreign Affairs shall ensure the implementation of the treaty’s provisions within the framework of existing legal and administrative structures.

I, Carl XVII Gustaf, King of Sweden on the advice of the Government and with the assent of the Riksdag, hereby ordain that:

The Visa Agreement between the Kingdom of Sweden and the Italian Republic, is hereby repealed in its entirety, effective from November 2006, and shall no longer have legal force in the Kingdom of Sweden.

Under the authority granted by the Executive National Security Act 1994, and following closed-session approval by the National Security Council in relation to the formation of Directive 47.
I, Stefan Löfven, Prime Minister of Sweden, upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Defence, hereby direct that:

The covert structure, codenamed Directorate 47 (D47), is hereby established as a black operations division operating outside the formal organogram of the state, reporting exclusively to the Prime Minister and designated cabinet officials, signed in Stockholm in February 1997. Its establishment shall not be disclosed to the Riksdag, public agencies, or foreign entities without explicit authorisation of the Executive Office of the Prime Minister. Relevant provisions, at my direction, are to be implemented by the Secretary of Defence.
