"Like I said, Denmark are against any outside company from the Nordic region taking control of our money for numerous factors. Our views won't change on this."

"Well we will await information to be returned by the Norwegians on this matter"

"In other news I have had a visa application form completed for use, in line with the Allemannsrett Area agreement. As you're aware this should remain exactly how it is and any alterations will require a formal process to amend the agreement as ratified. If you're both happy with it we can proceed to using it as soon as the law is passed in your respective legislative systems?"

The applicant is aware that visa payment is not refundable should the visa be refused.

The applicant is aware of the need to have valid medical insurance for their first stay and subsequent visits to Allemannsrett Area signatory states.

The applicant is aware of and consent to the following: the collection of the data required by this application form and the taking of the applicants photograph and, if applicable, the taking of fingerprints, are mandatory for the examination of the visa application; and any personal data concerning the applicant which appear on the visa application form, as well as their fingerprints and photograph will be supplied to the relevant authorities and processed by those authorities, for the purposes of a decision on their visa application.

Such data as well as data concerning the decision taken on my application or a decision whether to annual, revoke or extend a visa issued will be entered into, and stored with the Nordic Criminal Information Facility (part of the Nordic Council), during which it will be accessible to the visa authorities and the authorities competent for carrying out checks on visas at external borders within the Allemannsrett Area alongside immigration and asylum authorities within the Allemannsrett Area for the purposes of verifying whether the conditions for the legal entry into, stay and residence on the territory of signatory states are fulfilled, identifying persons who do not or who no longer fulfil these conditions, examining an asylum application and determining responsibility for such examination. Under certain conditions the data will be also available to designated authorities of signatory states and to foreign authorities of states for the purpose of the prevention, detection and investigation of terrorist offences and of other serious criminal offences. The authority of the respective signatory state responsible for processing the data is the chosen competent authority.

The applicant is aware that they have the right to obtain the data relating to them recorded with the Nordic Council, and to request that data relating to me which are inaccurate be corrected and that data relating to me processed unlawfully will be deleted. At their expressed request, the authority examining their application will inform them of the manner in which they may exercise their right to check the personal data concerning me and have them corrected or deleted, including the related remedies according to national law.

I declare that to the best of my knowledge all particulars supplied by me are correct and complete. I am aware that any false statements will lead to my application being rejected or to the annulment of a visa already granted and may also render me liable to prosecution.

I undertake to leave the territory of any signatory state before the expiry of the visa, if granted. I have been informed that possession of a visa is only one of the prerequisites for entry into any signatory state. The mere fact that a visa has been granted to me does not mean that I will be entitled to compensation if I fail to comply with the relevant provisions relating to my application and I am therefore refused entry. The prerequisites for entry will be checked again on entry into any signatory state.

The terms of my visa are subject to the details within the Allemannsrett Area agreement.

"We agree with this Visa Application and are happy that it covers all aspects of travel as my Office has noticed, a few nations haven't covered tourism as a means of travel, we also suggest the visa to submitted x (ooc) months before travelling to give our departments enough time to deal with the application, could this be incorporated?"

The Norwegian ambassador shared information that a number of terrorist attacks has occurred throughout Europe and North America. "I think it would be appropriate for us to have the President of the Nordic Council send a message of solidarity to the British, Spanish, and the Americans... Would anyone be against this?"

"Of course, I know being the President of the organization is a very busy job. Perhaps an even stronger message would be sent by having the Supreme Nordic Commander making the statement? Regardless, this is what I prepared. Please let me know what you think:

'The Kingdoms of Sweden, Denmark, and Norway, together as the Nordic Council, stand in absolute support of our friends in the United Kingdom, Spain, and the United States of America. These evil, unwarranted terrorist attacks were not against armed soldiers, but were directly aimed at unarmed civilians. Thousands of innocent people were unjustly murdered through the use of explosives and weapons of mass destruction. The Nordic Council is prepared to work with our friends in Europe and around the world to hunt down those responsible for these attacks, and to bring them to justice. We will assist the Americans, British, and Spanish in any way we can.'"

"That seems fair to me, I have received word that Specialist Danish troops have already touched down in Spain and are beginning their investigation into the chemical attacks"

"I think it is most appropriate for the Supreme Nordic Commander to make a statement to reinforce the power of NORSCOM globally. Given the current dynamic of global events I suggest we temporarily suspend the Scandinavian Summit and focus on our requirements under the Nordic Concordant, my understanding is there is already some form of situation room being created to manage the crisis surrounding the Swedish Embassy?

If all are in favour we will reconvene at a more appropriate time to ratify the Stockholm Treaty?"

"I will inform the Supreme Nordic Commander that we've agreed to allow him to make the statement. I imagine it'll be published soon, or he may give it in front of the press," she said.

"Yes, I agree," she said to the Swedish ambassador. "That sounds like the most appropriate thing to do."
