The Joint Special Operation Command of Taiwan would place an encrypted and top secret video call to Taiwanese Defense Minister, General Yen Teh-fa. The call would be placed from Lixin Grand Hotel of Xinhua and call would placed by 2nd Assault Brigade of Taiwan Naval Special Operations. Upon getting green signals from NBISS, the call is fully encrypted and top secret.

The call would be marked encrypted and secret by National Bureau of Investigations and Security Services and one of the NBISS agent would give thumbs up signal to Taiwanese Defense Minister to take the call. After the all procedure is complete. Taiwanese Defense Minister would open up the screen.
