The Taiwanese State Secretary of European Affairs Ms. Hui Yin would place a encrypted video call to Francia Foreign Affairs. The call is encrypted and Secret Call. Taiwanese Madame State Secretary of European Affairs checks the rooms to make sure no one is snooping in. She placed two armed guard outside the room.
