Being President Herrero on the line with the brazilian president, Vice-president Lo Giudice would take the private call:

"Prime Minister, how are? Vice-President Lo Giudice here. I'm sorry that President Herrero can't take the call, he is currently on the line with the President of Brazil. How can I help you?"

"It's no worries at all, completely understandable.

It's not about what you can do for me, Vice President, but in fact what Thailand can do for you. We've heard of what happened between Argentina and France. While we cannot ship our army to South America nor to Europe, let it be known that our ports are open for both Argentine ships along with any of its allies in its war against France.

If also needed, Thailand is willing to help Argentina in securing the island of New Caledonia from France, as long as Argentina is willing to help our navy with replenishment ships. If any of France's navy is stationed there, they may prove to be a headache in the short future. It'd be best to clear them out immediately.

I believe it may also prove vital to keep an eye on Vietnam as they seem to have favored western ideals over others during its debates in the Global Assembly."

"The Argentine Republic thanks Thailand heartfully for offering its help in this moment of need. We tried to talk reason into the french and make them understand how a Republic works, and that an executive power cannot rush or intervene the judiciary one. But apparently they never intended to understand, as it looks like this was a planned attack from the beginning on.

Our intention is to not involve any third nation at the moment. However... I would understand that such island might pose a threat to allies of Argentina -such as Thailand- in case France would become even more vengative. As it looks now, we could have some spare units ready to be dispatched to "guarantee" the safety of your nation by seizing New Caledonia from France.

As for Vietnam, the french mentioned them while we were negotiating over the situation in Alexandria, I don't know what they might be up to, but the best for all involved Parties would be to restrict this to a bilateral conflict."

"Yes, it would seem that even after all its failed 'Republics', France has yet to understand it.

I am glad to hear that Argentina is willing to secure the island. I also understand your reasoning for keeping third parties out.

If Argentina ever changes their mind, we are willing to send frigates and submarines to support you. As for now, however, our ports remain open to you and whatever repairs and replenishments you require will be given to you.

We'll also do our best to keep an eye on Vietnam for you."

"Once again, thank you for your support. We won't forget this.

I can also confirm you that we are dispatching a small expedicionary force to South East Asia to guarantee the french colonies there won't make any trouble."

"There's no need to thank us, Vice-President. It's time that someone puts these egotistic western powers into their place.

And that's good to hear, our offer of assistance still remains, simply ask and we will be there.

May luck be with you and Argentina."

With that, Yingluck would hang up the phone.
