As promised, General Prawit Wongsuwan would have flown from Buenos Aires into Brazil and its airspace using his VIP transport plane: Dassault Falcon 20.

The pilot of the plane would, with encrypted devices, contact the closest Brazilian military air base, having heard of the recent declaration of war by Argentina on France.

"This is Petch Sangsorn, pilot of the Royal Thai Air Force in the 602 Royal Flight Squadron. We are currently flying to the International Airport of Brasilia, I have General-Minister Prawit Wongsuwan on board for a meeting with Minister Juan DeSilva. We have heard of the recent events between France and Argentina, if your government is unable to host us then we will begin making our way back to Bangkok and await a rescheduled meeting.

We await your response."

Brazilian Air Traffic control would clear Brazilian airspace for the Thai delegation.

The ATC would even report back, "President Romero anxiously awaits your visit. You will be met at the airport by Defence Minister Oscar DeSilva. Runway 27 is open."

In the meantime, Defence Minister DeSilva leaves his office in an amoured Ford SUV, and is led by two black VBMT-LR's and two more in the rear. There will also be 4 Military Police Motorcycles to either side of the vehicle and two Blackhawk helicopters, fully armed, flying overhead along the route to the airport.

The Dassault Falcon 20 would land in the International Airport of Brasilia. The plane's crew would remain within the plane while General-Minister Prawit Wongsuwan would exit to greet the Brazilian minister of defense.

"Hello, Minister DeSilva," he would begin while extending his hand, "I thank you for welcoming us to Brazil despite everything that's happening. I hope that we can accomplish much during this visit."

"It is my pleasure. and no worries about the situation. These types of situations are what forms strong bonds between alliances. Let us go to the National Command Canter, where we are monitoring all of our operations and gleaning information from abroad."

With that the two gentleman get into the armoured Black SUV an drive to the Presidential compound, surrounded by their phalanx of vehicles and the helicopter escort. Within twenty minutes they arrive at the Presidential compound. Guards escort the leaders to the National command center.

"You will be the first foreign dignitary to visit this room," DeSilva says as he opens the door for his guest. On one side of the room there a bank of computers being monitored by several men and women. In the center there is a long conference table and several laptops, a conference call telephone and a large TV monitor on the wall. Two armed guards stand outside the door.

"Do not, worry General-Minister, this room is secure. Everything said he is top secret and cannot be eavesdropped upon. here take a seat," he says as he waves hand towards one of the chairs at the conference table.

"Lead the way then." He would follow the man into the black SUV.

"Truly?" He would ask at the fact of being the first foreigner to visit the National Command Center of Brazil. "I am truly honored, Minister DeSilva. "And that's good to hear, one cannot be too careful nowadays." The Minister-General would take his seat.

"So, shall we discuss business? Perhaps it may be best to get rid of the easiest first, such as the DPRs Brazil was interested in selling to Thailand. The Royal Thai Armed Forces would mostly be interested in acquiring the DPR for the ASTROS II MLRS System."

"We will sell you the entire line of Astros for one billion dollars. You will have all fo the blueprints, for the vehicles, launchers and missile tech. It will be a boon for your defense forces. The Astros 2020 will be quite lethal with its 300km range cruise missile. The other variants are excellent for both softening up enemy positions and for squashing raids into your territory. Once proper payment is sent we will immediately send the paperwork to allow you to purchase DRR for the Astros.

Now, onto the increasingly tense world stage. What are your thoughts? Can you believe a bumbling French government mission to send troops through Argentine airspace has the entire world on the brink of war?

Brazil has been committed to Argentina's wish to keep the war bi-lateral, between the Argentines and the French, but now with Australia and Vietnam making noise in your region of the world, we feel Brazil may need to enter the war on the offensive, as we have the French on our borders and the Dutch with their bases in near proximity."

"One billion? Would Brazil allow two payments of $500,000,000.00? Thailand currently has another pending order with China and we want to make sure that we have the funds for that large order. If so, I will contact my government to transfer the first payment to Brazil.

As for France, they've been, throughout history, a nation under continuous horrid governments and lunatic warmongers, it's no surprise that they haven't outgrown this trend. I certainly did not expect them to commit a mass suicide simply because their plane was landed however, that's a new level of insanity.

As for Australia and Vietnam, they should be no threat with the help of China and Japan. If they try anything we will deal with them swiftly."

"Two payments of 500 million would be fine, or three of 333 million will also work as well. We are allies, and Brazil remembers quite well what it was like starting out with a new government. And ours was as corrupt and inept as the passing French government was.
As far as dealing with France, we understand the Argentine position that is vital to keep the war a bi-lateral one between France and Argentina, but as we have seen ISAF countries, have thrown their weight behind France.

Brazil just feels CIS should not be afraid of striking a first blow. Such a move would perhaps make countries like Australia and Vietnam think twice about even attempting strike against us."

"Two payments are fine, the first payment should be arriving to your government shortly. I'm certain that the ASTROS line will prove to be a wonderful instrument for Thailand's armed forces, especially the cruise missile variant.

Striking first is not always the best option, even if it is a preemptive strike, it would make the CIS look like aggressors - hell, France kamikazed Alexandria and the west believed Argentina to be the aggressors... I couldn't imagine what would happen if CIS struck first, a coalition against us would certainly be created. I believe that the best option for CIS at the moment, with us being so young and still getting on our feet is to play it safe and patiently, we must be defensive over the offensive, until we are ready to do otherwise.

Those who are patient always win the race."

"Hah, well, since I am sure you have already met with our Argentine counterparts, we Brazilians want to take an offensive approach, as we believe the ISAF do not respect our strength. But in the coming months they will.

What is your opinion Brazil has put forward to having joint bases? At least one in Asia possibly, two as we have a foothold in the region, one in the Middle east and, one in Europe, Corsica, but I think Argentina can handle that on their own. Plus one in South America. We can combine our strengths in all parts of the world. "

"Joint bases are a good move, it will help not only to show our strenght without declaring war on any other state but also help each other defend ourselves from states who would want to declare war on us.

Thailand was also thinking of opening our naval port in Phuket to CIS navies to promote our strenght in the Indian Ocean."

"Off Phuket and Marines. Sure you want that Hassle? he jokes. But yes, along with that and the proposed base in Hainan, it would give us considerable strength in the region. What about your ballistic missile capabilities, and for that mention defence/"

"Thailand's defenses are strong. We don't have much in the form of ballistic missiles, however. We are planning on making purchases from China, Russia, and Argentina to make up for that. We're planning on purchasing a large amount of anti-ship missiles to position them around the Gulf of Thailand."

"Joking aside, another CIS port is good for our overall strength and military capacities.

As far as ballistic missiles we have done the same, even just a handful could be enough of a deterrent. Thankfully, you have the borders of Laos and Cambodia to serve as a buffer between you and Vietnam, but there is no way to predict how irrational that government will react. A few dozen or so Ballistic missiles to let them know that Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City will not survive a war with you should stop them from acting on any stupid impulses.

As an aside, we do have one suggestion that you build a MOUT training center, brazil and Argentina have one, it will provide your ground troops with excellent experience fighting in urban areas, in case you ever need to do so."

"The Vietnamese government is nothing to be feared at the moment. The idiots have their entire armed forces public and Thailand has written their troops, equipment, and bases down. We have operations for each and every one of their bases. They believe to have the upper hand but they don't. Their army hardly have logistics, apart from six hundred Panhard VBLs. But missiles would overall help in our operations against them - if it ever comes to that, but I don't believe it would.

As for a MOUT Training Center, it would be of interest for Thailand to build one. We are currently going to be doing multiple training exercises for our troops - including anti-hijacking and urban and amphibious warfare - once our ships from Japan and equipment from Russia arrives."

"lt seems your military is building fast but with sound judgement on your acquisitions of hardware."

"We would be happy to to assist in anyway with the construction of such a sight as well as the training, we have implemented, as we have learned much, and are constantly reassessing our programs. You can benefit from our mistakes," he says with a laugh.
