Director-General Tongruedee smiled reciprocally, taking a sip of her beverage before responding. “Of course, Mr. Secretary, we can now sign this treaty. Thailand respects your country's internal deliberative process in ratifying such an agreement. We have reached a substantial milestone today and cannot wait for this new chapter in our bilateral relations. It is a wonderful time.” She paused, listening to her counterpart’s concerns about regional security. “Thailand is always open to an honest discussion, Mr. Secretary. Transparency is a pillar of any lasting and robust relationship.

The ongoing Syrian Civil War is a catastrophic humanitarian disaster that requires the international community’s collective effort to alleviate local suffering and support Syrians’ self-determination. Russia is waging an information warfare against Thailand and our allies in France, painting us as imperialist while Russia itself is clinging to a collapsed authoritarian regime. It is a tragedy when a great power such as Russia does not respect the anger and frustration of the Syrian people demanding a democratic and free Syria.” She paused to emphasize.

“In pursuit of a lasting peace in Syria, Thailand is working with its international partners to build a coalition of nations. Thailand, France, and Portugal will bring a resolution to the Global Assembly, calling for the Russian troops’ withdrawal and the deployment of international humanitarian forces into Syria. We are also looking for new countries to join this multilateral endeavor. However, if the Russian nation continues to disregard international laws and fundamental human rights, Thailand and our allies are capable of a large-scale military intervention. I must remind you that the Republic Thai Armed Forces can immediately move thirty thousand ground forces into Syria from Türkiye if needed.” He remarked but swiftly moved on.

“Regardless, that is only a last resort and we don’t want such a condition to occur. Thailand is communicating with warring internal factions in Syria, proposing the establishment of a nationwide humanitarian corridor. Our goal is to facilitate the Syrian people to freely exercise their right to self-determination without the need for external interference. If possible, and when Thailand successfully mediates the creation of the humanitarian corridor, perhaps Persia would like to allow Thai cargo aircrafts to use your airfields?”

Ràmi was honestly happy to sign the Treaty with the Thai Delegation and therefore give it the best opportunities to be future ratified in the Royal Assembly of the 4 Quarters of Earth. "Then its my pleasure to sign this treaty of shared development between our honorable Countries together today." Ràmi took up his drinking cup of silver, for a Toast on this diplomatic achievement.

The following response of Tongruedee regarding Syria and the Thai-French-Portuguese Alliance, listened Ràmi especially well and composed. As Iran was also in diplomatic talks with those other nations, but also the government itself, along with the Sha'an'Sha, was not sure yet how close it wanted to tie itself to this alliance.
"We would like to discuss more general approaches, given the fast and complex change of international security situations. As you have expressed Interest of Iranian allowance for the Use of an airfield, we could discuss an exchange of defense capabilities between our government, such as the Kingdom of Èran would allow you the permanent use of a base, if of your countries interest, in exchange for help with much needed defense equipment for our military defense capabilities." Ràmi made a pause. "Would that be of Interest for your country to discuss?"

Director-General Tongruedee took a few minutes to receive a briefing from her smartphone. The bilateral dialogue had been ongoing for a prolonged period, and the Department wanted her to summarize it. She looked at her Persian counterpart with a smile before saying, “It is great that we have reached an agreement on the treaty between our nations. This signing is a monumental step in our relationship. However, it appears that the global landscape has changed while we are engaging in the ongoing dialogue. The Global Assembly is debating the Syrian Crisis, and Thailand supports working within the international framework. I believe that we can revisit this topic in the future, but not now. Thank you for your understanding.” She paused and continued. “I believe that is all we want to discuss?”

To: <Nattaphon Khanthahiran - Director-General of Middle East Affairs> Bossza007
Subject: <Bilateral Relations - Note of support of the Thai Goverment towards the PKK>
Security Type: <Secret and Encrypted>

Your excellency, Director-General Khanthahiran,

while my Government, as expressed in previous talks between the benevolent Government of the Republic of Thailand and the Kingdom of Èran, understands the fundamental differences in both political, cultural, regional and historical stance between Iran and Thailand, it is my doleful duty to contact you, on behalf of my Government and the Great King.

It is the understanding of myself and the Prime Minister, that a delicate tolerance between Thailand and Iran brought the fruits of understanding and the current Trade agreement our country’s share. We are also still deeply in gratitude, about the early acceptance of our government as international partner, by the Thai Government after we could get rid of the ills of Islamic dictatorship.
But still I have to urge you for a meeting, to talk about the recent recognition of your Confederal Government of the claims of the PKK.
Which in any case has to be seen as a hostile group, by Iran, which has in open attempt also recently attacked Iranian Troops and national ground.
Both by standards as an international organization, or even as an sovereign state, which Iran does not recognize right now in any way by the PKK or the Kurdish people, this would by international law be clearly seen as a declaration of aggressive war, against the sovereign state of Iran.

We know and accept that our understandings of democracy and international law, aside from treaty and shared values in the global assembly, may differ. But it is our understanding that Iran is a democratic country, whit a free and equal elected government, where no citizen of the many ethnics within out nation, is discriminated in its possibility for active and passive vote or to serve as well as gratitude by the Nation.
The state of Iran is a sovereign state and its legitimate is not just by the idea of a nation of one ethnic, be it Persian or any other, but for all its people, both common and noble.

The support for the PKK, by your government, is hard to view as nothing else, as a support of an open hostile group, which by action, declared war upon our nation and citizens.
We would ask for a serious consideration of such acts, in contemplation of international law regarding sovereign states and peace, which both is challenged by the PKK in regards to the Kingdom of Èran.
Further I would be very pleased if your honorable government would be willing for a meeting, or call, of your choice, to deepen an understanding in this vital matter, between Iran and Thailand.

Sincerely,

Bahrām-e Čūbīn
Royal Prince of the great Gate for Foreign Relations
Kingdom of Èran
