I am writing to you today to express the strong interest of the Thai government in establishing a positive relationship with the United Centrist Democracy of Egypt. As Thailand's ambassador to your esteemed nation, I am privileged to convey our deep commitment to fostering economic, social, and cultural ties between our two countries.
Thailand has emerged as a leading power in Asia and a Southeast Asia leader, with a thriving economy that has been built on strong infrastructure and an investment-friendly environment. Over the past four years, Thailand has invested $52 billion in its infrastructure projects, a clear sign of our country's commitment to progress and development. We are confident that our experience and expertise can be leveraged to facilitate the growth and development of your country.
Moreover, Thailand has established strong and positive relationships with world powers such as Sweden, our ally, and the United Kingdom, our friend. These partnerships have enabled us to engage and collaborate with nations across the globe, and we believe that a partnership with the United Centrist Democracy of Egypt would be mutually beneficial. We are confident that by working together, we can create a strong and lasting relationship that will benefit both our countries.
Our military might is also unmatched, as we have recently emerged victorious in the Fourth Indochina War, which was the largest war since the Iran-Iraq War. Over 600,000 soldiers participated, with 12,000 casualties and over a million people suffering. Our success in this war is a testament to the strength and capabilities of our military, which is among the best in the world. We believe that our military experience can be shared with your country to strengthen your security infrastructure and defense capabilities.
In closing, I would like to express our sincere desire to explore the possibility of building a strong and mutually beneficial relationship with the United Centrist Democracy of Egypt. We believe that a partnership between our two nations would provide opportunities for trade, investment, and cultural exchange.
