The Republic of Thailand has closely followed the situation in the French Republic, which worries us for the safety and welfare of our citizens. We have determined to impose a temporary travel ban on your nation. Thailand is keen to discuss the possibility of using a French air base or airfield close to Paris. We intend to dispatch our transport aircraft there to evacuate and return our citizens to more secure locations. I wish to know if there is a possibility for this operation.
