To whom it may concern,

The Republic Thai Armed Forces Headquarters formally notifies the Imperial French Armed Forces Headquarters of an imminent covert operation in the Red Sea. The HTMS Matjurat, a Rubis-class AMETHYSTE Submarine constructed under a domestic production license, will undertake a strategic mission against a Sultanate of Egypt coastal military installation within 48 hours. Authorized to deploy four Exocet SM39 missiles, the target is the sole pier at the Berenice naval base. This operation's parameters are set and final. Subject: Potential Friendly States in East Asia
Security Type: NSST 1.0 Architecture

To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of France,

The Office of Foreign Intelligence of the Republic of Thailand extends its greetings to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Empire of France and wishes to provide an update on Thailand’s recent foreign policy developments in East Asia.

The Republic has undertaken significant diplomatic engagements with the Empire of Japan and the newly democratic administration of mainland China, following its successful transition from a totalitarian regime. Both nations have shown openness to our diplomatic efforts, and early interactions with their administrations have highlighted promising mutual understandings.

In alignment with the universal principles of human rights, civil liberties, social justice, and sound governance that Thailand and France both uphold, our analysis suggests that Japan and China’s current trajectories reflect values that resonate with our shared aspirations for global progress and human dignity.

We encourage the Empire of France to consider constructive engagement with these countries, with sensitivity to their distinct cultural contexts, recognizing the challenging periods both leaderships have recently endured. As Thailand pursues an alliance framework extending beyond the economic scope, we view China and Japan as essential partners in a potential coalition built on progressive, humanitarian values. This initiative aligns with the broader strategic objective to diversify formal alliances, complementing our commitments within the Harmonious Accord with France and the Socialist International partnership with Vietnam.

Sincerely,

Office of Foreign Intelligence
Ministry of Foreign Affairs
Republic of Thailand

With the Polish Office of State Protections continued monitoring of Thai communications channels, the previous communications would have been securely intercepted, categorized by nature of communication, and then filed within secured servers within the headquarters of the OSP for further analysis. Analysts would then carefully comb through any such communications for actionable intelligence before they would be escalated up the chain of command where leadership would look over the results. From there they would determine if the intelligence contained was immediately actionable. Actionable intelligence would be passed along to the Ministry of National Defense and the Council of Ministers where they would decide on the national stance for the information.
