To whom it may concern,
The Republic Thai Armed Forces Headquarters formally notifies the Imperial French Armed Forces Headquarters of an imminent covert operation in the Red Sea. The HTMS Matjurat, a Rubis-class AMETHYSTE Submarine constructed under a domestic production license, will undertake a strategic mission against a Sultanate of Egypt coastal military installation within 48 hours. Authorized to deploy four Exocet SM39 missiles, the target is the sole pier at the Berenice naval base. This operation's parameters are set and final. The Republic Thai Armed Forces have developed contingency plans ensuring that both Thai and French military designs will not be implicated upon mission completion.
