I am Mrs. Wipawan Benniman, the official Thai ambassador to Germany. I have been staying here in this exemplary country of its people since 1998. During my time here, I have had numerous affairs and occasions. So, I am writing you this email on behalf of the Republic of Thailand and its Foreign Ministry. We attempted many contacts with the German government in the past, but no one responded. We intend to communicate with Germany and its people to improve our mutual cultural and national understanding. We have always believed that a friendly relationship between two people will always result in a long-term relationship. I want to meet with you in person to talk about this matter. I want to meet with you in person to discuss to matter. We will express our concern in the world situation and political view to find our common ground. I hope to hear from you shortly.
