To the External Affairs Department,

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Thailand extends its warm greetings to the External Affairs Department of the Gandhi Empire and has the honor to convey its stance on the passing of the esteemed Global Assembly Secretary-General, Mr. Clark Stone. This solemn occasion prompts the Ministry to share its perspective on the forthcoming election of the next Secretary-General and Deputy Secretary-General, a process with profound implications for the global order.

Recognizing the critical juncture at which the Global Assembly finds itself, the Ministry wishes to consult with the Gandhi External Affairs Department on the endorsement of potential candidates. Both Thailand and India share a vision of a more balanced and inclusive international system that upholds sovereign equality—a principle reaffirmed in the Treaty of Amity. Recent developments underscore the importance of safeguarding this ideal, particularly in the face of certain practices that appear inconsistent with the foundational values of mutual respect and fairness among nations.

The Republic Government believes this moment offers our countries a unique opportunity to collaborate in shaping a global framework that reflects the aspirations of all nations. Thailand has unwavering confidence in the visionary leadership of His Imperial Majesty Gandhi, whose commitment to advancing technological and scientific progress resonates deeply with our shared aspirations for equitable development. Such progress, unimpeded by exclusionary practices of a western-led alliance, is vital for empowering all nations and fostering shared contributions to humanity’s advancement.

Moreover, it is evident that leadership of the Global Assembly originating from a certain alliance perceived as dismissive of India’s rightful role on the global stage may inadvertently constrain the realization of a more equitable and independent international order. Thailand views this as an opportunity to unite in promoting leadership that truly reflects the collective will of the international community.

The Republic Government sincerely hopes the Gandhi Empire will join Thailand in advancing our shared vision for a fairer and more inclusive global order. In the spirit of mutual respect, Thailand stands ready to discuss any adjustments to the Treaty of Amity that His Imperial Majesty may consider conducive to our common objectives to ensure India’s commitment.

Sincerely,

Sukhumbhand Paribatra
Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs
Republic of Thailand
