The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand extends greetings to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Korean Empire. We are writing to express Thailand's sincere interest in continuing the cordial and cooperative bilateral relationship we have long enjoyed with Korea. Thailand acknowledges the recent political and governmental changes within the Korean Empire and extends its full recognition to the new Dynasty as the legitimate successor to the Korean Republic. We look forward to maintaining our strong relationship and working together on the international stage.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand proposes the continuation of our strong diplomatic relationship with the Korean Empire. Thailand is prepared to maintain its embassy in Seoul and welcomes the establishment of a Korean Imperial Embassy in Bangkok. The Thai delegations consisted of 5 diplomatic personnel along with the Director-General of the Department of Asian Affairs would travel to the Incheon International Airport with the Thai chartered aircraft, Airbus A340-500. They would arrive precisely at noon, in which the secure communication lines between Thailand and Korea were always open.
