Upon the ending of the press' questions, the Director and Minister Goff would be in some photos that would be given to both the press and Thai delegation. Then, they would be driven back to the hotel and given a few hours to rest and pack their belongings for the flight back to Thailand. The New Zealand government would co-ordinate with Thai Airways in order to minimise potential wait times at the airport itself.
Upon being driven back to the airport, Minister Goff would warmly shake hands with everyone and sincerly thank them for their time and attention while in New Zealand. He would also invite the Director back for a holiday, as the members of the Thai delegation had not seen the large and beautiful southern island yet.
