Siren would refuse to get out of the car and talk to the Polish Agent. "Look, this mission couldn't be completed yet because you should be the one preparing the hotel room for me too. In any collaborative effort, we need to help and rely on each other to accomplish a mission. Time is crucial and he might leave any time soon. I won't accept your argument if it is I can always excuse to leave and book a hotel room. There are too many factors here and you don't know whether there is a room available or it is a check-out time already." She paused.

Looking at her hand, she announced "My expertise in psychological manipulation is not a parlor trick. It requires meticulous setup and environmental control to ensure success. Without the right groundwork, you're not testing my abilities, you're gambling with the mission's success." With her eyes moved upward, she took a look at the Polish agent.

"Intelligence operations aren't solo performances; they're symphonies. Each of us plays a crucial role, and without the right coordination, the music falls apart." With a brink of an eye, she adjusted her hair. "To manipulate someone effectively, you need to control as many variables as possible. An unprepared environment is a variable that could easily spiral out of control, compromising the mission." She moved her hand as if it were a spiral.

As her hands met each other, she held them together. "Consider this: What if our target gets suspicious because of an unforeseen complication? We risk blowing our cover and jeopardizing not just this operation, but future collaborative efforts as well." Parting her hand like an explosion, she said BOOM.

"Human behavior is intricate. A person might be more receptive to suggestions in the comfort of a hotel room rather than a street corner. The setting is as much a part of my toolkit as my ability to persuade." She pointed at the man of her target.

She drew a frame with her hands in the air. "Let's reframe this situation. We're not testing my ability to talk to a stranger; we're evaluating our joint operational efficiency. Without the proper setup, it's not a test—it's a gamble." She shook her hand as if rolling a dice.

"In my line of work, professionalism is paramount. I cannot, in good conscience, proceed without ensuring that every aspect of this operation adheres to the highest standards of operational integrity." She pointed at her head before a final pause.

"Just as you depend on my skills of persuasion, I rely on your logistical support. One cannot function without the other. Our success is interdependent." As that, she would wait.

Sokol would turn in his seat to look at Siren as she spoke. These Thai operatives seemed to talk a big game and yet, when asked, could not prove themselves to a group of agents they deemed inferior. Sokol was flabbergasted at the gall the woman before he presented as she tried to explain away her fear yet his face held the same steely exterior as when they were inside The Office.

"Didn't chameleon asked how flexible our agents were in case of last minute operational changes? And yet, when asked to show off the Thai skills of improvisation, you hide behind the lack of logistical support? You should know that any operation may have moments where logistical support fails. But let us take a step back and take another approach to this scenario. We are in Tel Aviv. The operation has just went tits up." Sokol made a gun out of his fingers and pointed it at Chameleon and Kania, mimicking gun noises quietly. "Two of your team members are dead and you are actively being hunted by foreign intelligence officers in a hostile country. You cannot use your own identification or credit card because they are tracking it. Your only option of getting to safety is successfully gain access to a hiding spot that the foreign police services aren't aware of. Now that you are fully aware of the situation right now." Sokol would turn back into his seat and face the front again. "Or are you scared Siren? Scared some regular Polish gentleman would be able to resist your charms you love to brag about? Or is it that you shouldn't be utilized on the mission because you are unable to work without someone holding your hand?" After this Sokol would stop speaking, hoping to have riled the Thai woman enough to get her to understand the point of the mission.

In the second car, Kruk produced a DLSR Canon camera from a bag that sat at his feet before aimed the camera at the man they were watching. There had been no contact with the other half of the team in the lead car and the second car had their own orders. Act out surveillance on their target while the lead car made contact. Treat the suspect as a potential contact within the IDF that could provide information to a 'honey pot'.

"I wonder what's taking your Siren so long to do her job. Isn't she supposed to be a master at her craft?" Orzel spoke to no one in particular in the car, just plainly speaking where everyone could hear him. He sat in the back with the other two Thai operatives and had been carefully watching the people and vehicles they had passed. It was a habit of his to identify cars to test other member's passive awareness. He thought back to the red BMW that had pulled out of a gas station a few miles back that was followed by a green Mercedez-Benz and then an older Tarpan Honker that still bore the military green paintjob that the new owner had kept after probably purchasing the vehicle from a surplus site. Orzel continued to stare out into the street, watching for approaching vehicles as the slight sound of a Policja siren began to enter hearing distance behind them.

With a blatant laugh followed by a deep sigh, she said, "I ain't fear anything. The only fear I have is the existential crisis that the agent I am working with has no idea how intelligence operations work.

"Sokol, your glaring lack of strategic foresight and disregard for the delicate intricacies of intelligence operations could ignite a conflict faster than your ability to comprehend the consequences." She paused. "After witnessing your ineptitude, I'm forced to question whether the Polish intelligence agency is an actual entity or merely a facade masking an alarming absence of competence." She glares at him.

"I have no idea how you have been trained, but believe your underestimation of operational complexities is one of the results the traditional Western power has declined. Intelligence operations, especially those involving psychological manipulation, are intricate. They rely heavily on environmental control and the manipulation of numerous variables to ensure success. Your demand for an immediate demonstration of my skill in an uncontrolled environment not only undermines the complexity of such operations but also risks exposing the operatives and blowing my cover. It is like you are testing the bird to fly to the nearest galaxy before this afternoon. Not to mention that your disregard for logistics aspect fails to acknowledge the critical role that logistics play in the success of covert operations." She paused, leaning on closer.

"I don't care how you deal or try to undermine me, the agent of the Republic of Thailand, on her skill of adaptability, but I won't stand for the misinterpretation of flexibility. While adaptability is indeed a valuable asset in intelligence work, it does not equate to recklessness. The ability to pivot and adjust to unforeseen circumstances is different from engaging in high-stakes operations without the necessary groundwork. I have put all my trust in the Polish agent, is believes in the instruction of the government that you are friendly and reliable. Yet, you have
conflated these concepts, potentially endangering the mission." Pausing again, she leaned back. Acting dismissively disappointed.

"Also, you are literally working on a mission that demands the utmost geopolitical sensitivity, yet you have none. What? Since I have come here, I feel like the government has sent me on a vacation where the new recruit of Operational Reporters is training. Your operational standard is too low if you expect to have made a mistake in Tel Aviv, where it would be easier to just declare war." She paused again, this time, it was like she had a migraine.

"I don't know what is the reason for you to condescend that my refusal to due to fear or incompetence? That's just not something I would expect for a professional like you working under the taxes of your people. I am a public servant, I work for our nation and our people who pay my compensation. I expect people in my lines of work to commit to professional integrity and ethical conduct." She paused again, adjusting her hair.

"Publicly testing an operative's skills in an uncontrolled environment not only risks the immediate operation but also the operative's future utility. Once an operative is exposed, their effectiveness is significantly diminished, and they could become a target for enemy intelligence services. What I have said is what everyone in this field knows. It is not something like in the spy fiction that people read." She relaxed herself.

"You disregard the symbiotic relationship between an operative's skills and the support they receive from their agency. Intelligence work is a team effort, and the success of an operation often hinges on this interdependent relationship. That's all I can say. Thank you for listening."

After Siren finished speaking silence hung in the car like a warm, wet blanket. Then the silence was abruptly interrupted by the deep rumbling laugh of the Polish leader. Do the Thai operatives truly know what it means to operate on the ground. He could think of half a dozen reasons that an operation would go tits up and none of them include a mistake on the team's part. Disgruntled former intelligence officer. Hacker. A foreign intelligence service. Counter-intelligence operations within the country. All out war between Al-quds and Israel. Hell, even an old high school friend who you were not aware was vacationing in Tel Aviv because they were an expat and not under the legal supervision of the government. And yet, this ballsy lady wanted to place the blame of her inability to perform under a moments notice because it might risk the operation. Because of the lack of logistical support or framing work done beforehand. The laughing continued for a few seconds before he slowly stopped.

"Listen, lady. I love how you like to make excuses as to why you cannot perform the job under a moments notice. While I admire the commitment to the bit of someone who is solely focused on the security of the mission, I don't quite understand how you seem to think those skills will work in the field. I understand the complexities of psychological manipulation. What I understand more is the complexities of operating within a nation both of our nations deem as potentially hostile. Not only are we operating in one of the most heavily defended nations in the world but we will be performing these operations under the threat of imminent war between a terrorist cell and world class military. Logistics fail. Every soldier knows that. Did those Thai soldiers ever tell you that plans never hold up under first contact with the enemy. And I never mentioned making a mistake on anyone's part. I can think of several things that could lead to our cover's being blown without anything having to do with us. Chiefly in my mind is Philip Agee. An American intelligence operative who turned against the government and began publishing names of active CIA agents. I can also think of Covert Action Information Bulletin which posted thousands of operative's names."

"And yet you also assume that you can insult me for my lack of professional integrity? You and your group have not shown any professionalism the entire time you have been under my care. Like when you all attempted to distract me while Oracle recovered your NIA document listing the technology you bring to the table. But besides unprofessional conduct, I believe that you are the one that truly lacks the understanding of operational complexities. You demand to have a logistical support network to assist you in doing your job. I think that shows Eastern intelligence's power and experience isn't as great as my bosses think it is. Do you think if something serious were to happen, that you would have the ability to utilize a logistical support network for whatever you need to do to exfil out of the country?"

"In regards to your assertation that when an operative is exposed their effectiveness is significantly diminished and could become a target for enemy intelligence services. What do you think happens any time you step foot outside in a hostile country that has one of the best intelligence agencies in the world in it? Do you believe there is zero risk in being identified? If so, I think it is time for you to retire back to the countryside and begin raising chickens and pigs because you are obviously suffering from delusions. As one speaking of maintaining operational security, you have been quite chatty with the door wide open, letting anyone outside hear what we are talking about. Now shut the door, Siren. We're going back to The Office where your team will be escorted out of the building and my report will be filed to our superiors."

Sokol lack of emotion as he talked spoke great amounts about the amount of training he had acquired over his service of his country. There was no hint of aggression or anger in his voice. Nor annoyance. He just spoke the words that the Thai operative needed to hear. After the door was shut, he would put the gear shifter into first gear and slowly and carefully pull out onto the road, followed by the second car.

With a weary face, she would sigh again. "I can't believe I have to deal with these Polish newbies. I already told the government to not assign me to train the recruit." She would sign again. "Why do the draftees always have a high ego?" She would keep quiet afterward after witnessing the incompetence of the Polish firsthand, who kept proving that they had no skill at all.

Class F, that was what she thought. After doing many mind reading into Polish and comprehending that they saw her as the most dangerous to keep on the team. She would just be frustrated by the fact that she has been assigned to a very weird and no-harm mission to infiltrate Israel. She would be happier if it was to start World War 3, prevent it, or kill one of the world leaders. "Why did they tell me this operation is class S?" She thought before realizing. "Oh, yeah, how can I forget that the Polish agency has a low budget and funding."

The cars would arrive at the front gate of The Office but instead of the same two guards they had originally met with, there was a full tactical team with weapons trained on the Thai passengers. Sokol would step out of the vehicle, clearing any line of sight for the Polish tactical team, armed with suppressed HK416s and holographic sights, before speaking with the person decided was the commander. They spoke for a few minutes before Sokol would turn around and draw his own Glock 19 from his kidney carry holster, though he did not aim it.

"Thai agents you are to raise your hands and exit the vehicles slowly. Once you exit the vehicle you will turn away from us and lay flat on your stomach with your arms out, palms up. You will then cross your legs and bring your feet to your butt. Do not speak or attempt any maneuvers outside of these directions."

The tone of Sokol's voice and carefully chosen words would leave little room for error or miscommunication, even for someone not well versed in English. The remaining Polish passengers would each step out of the vehicle, after removing the keys from the ignition, with their own hands in the air to show they were unarmed, much like the Thai passengers who had their weapons removed when they first entered the gates several hours earlier.

The Thai agents would take a glance at Siren as if trying to signal something to her. At the same time, Siren would follow the Polish instructions, while others would do the same.

They had nothing to do much there than just complying with the Polish agents. Siren would begin thinking of how she pay the debt now. Solace, if present, would not be so happy, but had been used to it, was only stressed because she wanted to donate to the refugee camps in Thailand and Myanmar border. With the tension between the two historical rivals in Southeast Asia beginning to rise, she couldn't be more saddened to learn that more human suffering would happen

The tactical squad would advance slowly towards the Thai operatives, keeping their firearms trained on the operatives as they moved, before one would transition their rifle to behind their back on its sling and placing a knee on the neck of the Thai operatives. Each Thai operative would have a knee forcing itself into the back of their neck, not hard enough to cause permanent damage, to control their movement as zip-ties the opposite hand was zip-tied and then the other would be brought around and zip-tied, forcibly if necessary. Once each member was zip-tied, the tactical squad member involved with zip-tying them would step to the side and order the Thai personnel to roll onto their side and bring their knees to their chest. If any hostile intent was detected during any of this, the tactical squad would not hesitate to put a single round through the skull of the offender. Once the Thai operative had followed orders, a second tactical guard would step forward and force the Thai operatives to a standing position before a heavy black canvas bag would be placed over their head and tightened around the opening to restrict light entering but not enough to restrict breathing. Once the Thai personnel were successful bagged and sip-tied, they would each be searched again, removing anything that may cause harm to Polish personnel or the Thai prisoners. The NIA document would also be recovered and given back to Sokol. Once this was done they would be escorted back inside of the building and to the elevators where they would descend for several floors. Still bagged, the Thai operatives would be placed into the cell and told to stand still while their bags and zip-ties were removed. As the bags were removed the Thai operatives would find trouble dealing with the incredibly bright lights being shined in their faces by the Polish personnel to disorient them while the zip-ties were removed. Once done, the cell doors would be closed, locked and the tactical team would step back, lowering their flashlights.

The Thai agents would hear Sokol's voice speak to them from outside the cells. "You are currently being detained for suspicion of committing espionage against the Kingdom of Poland under orders of the Thai government. As servants of a foreign nation you will be treated fairly. As spies of a potentially hostile government, you will not be permitted to have phone calls or correspondence of any kind."

Sokol would turn and leave the room, followed by the tactical team. The Thai agents would be served rice, boiled chicken, and water every 8 hours by a member of the original Polish team, passing the food through a small opening at the bottom of the cell door, big enough for a plate and the cup of water would be placed outside of the bars, within reach for the Thai personnel. There would be three members of the tactical team present anytime someone entered, firearms ready to dispatch potential threats.

The Thai agents would comply with the Polish agents and tactical teams in any step. Assuming they were in the same cell after Sokol had left, Siren would feel as if a vengeful spirit was glaring at her.

"Does anyone feel the same way as me? It seems like something wants to scrape me in pieces." She gazed around the dark, hollow room. "...Where is everyone? Who's there at the corner."

"Psst, Siren." A sound would come from her right. It was from Oracle, who was hiding in the corner with the others. "You should just keep quiet if you don't want to die before you have paid your debt." The further stuck to the corner

"Haha..." she chuckled, slowly moving her eyes back to the spirit in another corner.

"Aghhhhhhhhh!" Her scream was cut short.

The camera placed in the room would record the incident in regular light and infrared, with audio. The officers in charge of watching the security footage would immediately notify his superiors and record a copy to be give to the Director.

Sokol and the three man tactical team would enter the room after the first eight hours was up, a cart full of food being pushed by Sokol. At the sight of what had transpired within the cell, Sokol would step back through the door, leaving the tactical team, and return a few minutes later with two additional personnel. The would order the Thai agents to face the wall and kneel on the ground with their hands on their heads, bright flashlights shining in their faces once again. All members of the Polish team would remain outside of the locked cell until the orders were followed.

In the floors above a team of equipment specialists would look over everything brought in by the Thai personnel.

The Thai agents would face the wall and kneel on the ground with their hands on their heads. Siren's hair would be visibly in discord, her face has a few bruises. The other three Thai male agents would also look like they were beaten. The four agents would stand stoically with their face downward akin to a man who has lost everything in his life after a war. Yet, Solace would be pretty normal like she has been fed well and seemed energized.

The Polish Agent would find the following items from the Thai agents:
1. Encrypted Satellite Phone for each agent
2. Covert Earpieces for each agent.
3. Portable Signal Jammer for each agent.
4. Mesh Network Radio for each agent.

The Polish agents would also find the following devices that hadn't been activated for 2 weeks:
1. Three covert cameras in the form of a pen and two covert cameras in the form of a watch.
2. Five audio recording devices that are small and concealed along the coat or suit.

"If you continue to behave like animals during your custody, you will be treated as such and leashed like dogs. Siren are you in need of medical attention?" Sokol would speak like he had when the agents had first spoken to the man. His voice held an air of authority as it flowed through his vocal cords and left the resonating chamber of his mouth. He was not playing anymore games with the Thai agents like he had allowed during their operational briefings.

The devices and NIA document would be placed in a secured hard case before being transported to the Polish Institute for Research and Implementation for study. Each case used would act as a faraday cage, preventing any electronic, radio, or other signal from leaving the device and transmitting elsewhere. The devices would be transported by a Office of State Protection team in a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van bearing civilian tags and the livery of a popular delivery service in Poland.

Siren would say, "It's okay." Getting their spirit back after getting punished by Solace, Kingpin would ask. "So, what do we have to do back, Sokol? Mind telling us?" Solace would nod her head a few times. The Thai agents would comply with the Polish agents as long as it would make the process faster. The equipment taken by the Polish team would be under the protection of the NIA system, which they would need to find out what it was. Any access to the device data or internal program would be impossible as long as the Polish couldn't break through and understand how the system first worked.

"As of right now, there is an investigation being undertaken to confirm or deny the accusations leveled against your team and your government. There is nothing any of you can do at this time. Behave yourselves and you will be treated with respect. Do not attempt to harm anyone within the facility or escape." Sokol would deliver their food and water through the bars as they kneeled, facing the wall, before turning and leaving. The tactical team would follow suit behind him. Soon after leaving, the bright overhead lights would turn on leaving the room awash with bright, artificial light. A slight buzzing noise of electricity from the lights would fill the once quiet room.

Upon arrival at the Institute for Research and Implementation, the scientists would carefully analyze and examine each piece of equipment, cataloguing them, and begin working on decrypting the NIA program utilizing faraday cages to prevent any signals from leaving the devices or reaching them.

The Polish research team, although well-trained and operating in an advanced laboratory, would face one of the most challenging tasks in their lifetime line of work. The insufficient fund of only $5 million would soon prove to be extremely resource-intensive to even try to break through the first line of defense. Every data within those devices is encrypted. Although the Polish might be able to study the components of the equipment, but to access and decrypting the data inside is a monumental task, even for entities equipped with quantum computing capabilities. The equipment of the Thai agents is under the management of the NSST, which employs nested encryption of AES-256 with Twofish. The hardware security module (HSM) would further set back the Polish progress as it is nearly impossible to decrypt such an advanced system without a proper key or decryption method. It is highly unlikely that the Polish would be able to through encryption, which given the short timeframe and low budget, would be almost impossible. However, if they wanted to use brute force, they would still have to try 2^512 keys, which is a 1 followed by 154 zeros. It's far beyond the number of atoms in the observable universe, which is estimated to be around 2^266.

The prisoners held in the basement of the Office of State Protection building would be continued to be cared for and fed three times daily. While they would not be allowed out of the building, they would be supplements by trained staff to insure there were no overdoses or harmful side effects. UV lights would also be installed and turned on for one hour a day to allow the body to gain vitamin D3 through natural processes. While the food was basic it would fulfil the basic nutritional criteria of each prisoner. As before, there would be at least two armed guards in the room whenever someone was in the room and they would not hesitate to kill a prisoner should they attempt to escape or hurt one of the staff present.

The day of the five prisoners would be interrupted by the sudden arrival of ten Polish members of the Armed Response for the Office of State Protection as well as the director of the Office himself. All lights would be turned to white light and the armed guards would have their weapons loaded and safeties on to limit the ability for accidental discharge of the firearm.

"Thai Agents you are officially under arrest for acts of espionage against the crown of Poland. Each of you face five counts of espionage and two hundred and twenty counts of attempted malicious wounding. You will be remanded into the care of the Office of State Protection during your trial and once the sentencing has been complete, you will be moved to a prison worthy of your crimes. May god have mercy on your soul as Poland will have none for your mortal body."

The group of Polish men would depart from the room before all the lights would turn off, leaving the five Thai operatives alone with their thoughts in the pitch black of the room. The infrared camera would monitor the situation closely.

Over the preceding months, while in the custody of the Polish Office of State Protection, all five Thai NIA agents maintained a state of relative physical health and mental soundness. Despite the undeniable psychological strain caused by confinement in the austere, limited space of a black room, their well-being was significantly bolstered by the solidarity and companionship among them. This shared experience fostered a resilient group dynamic, crucial in preserving their mental fortitude. Their daily routine, although monotonous and restricted, was punctuated by moments of mutual support and collective strategizing, turning their captivity into an opportunity for strengthening interpersonal bonds and psychological resilience.

Because the meals provided by the Polish, although not overly elaborate, were still thoughtfully tailored to each individual's dietary requirements. This approach ensured balanced nutrition for everyone during their stay, which, when complemented by their rigorous and intensive training regime, meant they were well-accustomed to managing their physical well-being. This attention to nutritional detail, combined with a disciplined training schedule, enabled them to maintain peak physical condition, adept at adjusting to the demands of their environment.
