Dear Jon Åström Gröndah,

I am writing a direct email to express my deem intention. I want you to forward the following message to your government. I want to invite Sweden to the Fundraising campaign of the Thailand National Research Center, which covers 5.26 Square Kilometers and is on the outskirt of Bangkok. I have an attachment below. I suggest viewing it. In the image, there are eight buildings, including Swedish Exclusive Department. We saw our allies must access this Research Center. We plan that our building will be 10-floor buildings. The architect and construction team have agreed that this project needs at least $9 billion funds for the minimum cost, and they want a fund of at least $13 billion. We have a billion-dollar this month and will allocate $4 billion monthly. We have no problem with funding, but we want to speed up the program. My Foreign Minister has contacted Mexico to assist us, and I am currently messaging you. Your government(ambassador) has recently offered us $3 billion, which we are still interested in the fund. I would like to ask your government to help make this project a reality. This Research Center is for both ourselves and the future of our descendants. I will be waiting for your reply.

Dear Prime Minister,

I thank you for your correspondence in relation to the Thailand National Research Center and your commitment to an envisioned cooperation between Thailand, Mexico and Sweden. Your project has sparked interest with the Swedish Department of Education, a sector of government which has began to undergo substantial funding over the past few months to further assist in the development of programs such as the one you propose in your message to me albeit your proposal is on a substantially larger scale than anything we have previously invested in.

We remain committed to our investment in Thailand and we would like to see your national interests flourish, particularly when it is in areas of development which will undoubtedly see an substantial increase in local jobs, infrastructure and development; this includes our commitment to our previously mentioned $3billion. I will however require more information on how this centre will work and whether it will serve as a bed for research and development for a variety of sectors or purely that of scientific fields? Can we foresee legislative assurances that our commitment to this program will not be blockaded or overshadowed by political opinion? How will long-term running costs be settled? and how will the specified Swedish Executive Department work?

Fundamentally I'd like to know how this centre will benefit Sweden and Thailand as well as how you envision ensuring this centre remains open for our descendants as you intend.

Dear Jon Åström Gröndah,

I am happy that your government is interested in our Research Center, which will continuously show how we are ready to move the world forward, and the sign of close friendship of deep cooperation. Our government has been experiencing higher investment from all of the ministries in the country from the economic boom. It is true to your concern that this project is far much larger scale than what you have invested in the past because this research center will be the largest that the world saw and a lot more than the current one. As I have mentioned before, five square kilometers is like a town. We desire to work with our partner, and it sure thing will benefit your people, government, and country.

Thailand is currently one of the most promising places in the world for investment right now if you consider our economic growth, which will increase our long-term consumer spending. We have many infrastructure bills that the representatives are currently debating in the parliament for the future of our country and people. The Thailand National Research Center will serve as the development and research for various fields. We count many subjects under the word scientific, which the attachment is below. In our country, we have just experienced growth in researching openness due to the liberal policies. Domestic politics will not intervene in your commitment if it isn't against the law. The people in our country are fast in response to the news they have heard. I have to warn you that rumor is the essential factor that efficiently affects our people. Sweden can keep development projects secret as you prefer, and Sweden will have a department under your agency administration and certified under our government. International political intervention is less likely to happen because most countries around our region have expressed theirs oppose intervening from outside. The Thai government will handle the running cost of the facilities of $166,334,784 monthly. This fund includes general maintenance directly from our central budget. We have ten ministries occupied the scientific and technological building using their budget. They will have to request in the parliament for more funds if they can't cover the cost. Sweden only needs to use their allocation for development. You can think of Swedish Exclusive Department as another branch of your government that you want to work in the specified field because Sweden will eventually have access to all other facilities in the Thailand National Research Center.

If you had opened the attachment below, you would see our department in the scientific and technological building. They generally have subdivisions in both types of buildings. The scientist will publish the research paper of their work. There will be a public area where the people and private sector use the laboratory and facilities. We intend to do research in various fields to find unsolved answers. We are committed to analyzing events from daily life to social to business. We are confident that we can develop new ways of doing things from agriculture to health. We see that there are still many doors for development, from engineering to computing. We are not a technology-leading country like western countries. But this investment will open up opportunities for discovery because we are already using modern technology. Simply put, we are laying the groundwork for future generations to profit from our current successes.

P.S. I was having a hard time finding the attachment button. It made me want to brief the Swedish government that it is an advanced research institution where we research anything we want, including the military.
