To the disgraceful Queen of Myanmar,

The Golden Hand officially issues a dire warning to your monarcho-socialist state to immediately cease all left-wing policies targeting the legitimate interests and prosperity of the private sector. What era do you think you are living in? The 20th century? The goal of any modern nation-state is to serve the business welfare of its nation, ensuring the entrepreneurs’ ultimate prerogative to enrich the country’s robust economic growth. We disapprove of the increasingly socialist trend in Southeast Asia. Like Thailand, Myanmar continues to hold roads and highways in its hands. Communism! The government has no right to siphon another valid avenue for profit generation from the private sector. You must privatize all public roads now if you truly want to go beyond anti-communist rhetoric!

Moreover, why are there even public hospitals in your country? Your idiotic brain is acting as if the people deserve the right to universal healthcare! The world is not utopian, and only the strongest will survive and rule. Showing weakness like this is the epitome of your entire country’s stupid collective hive mind. We demand an end to the Myanmar government's attacks against the private sector! Concurrently, public schools must be banned. Why are you so keen on taking another way that the business people could enrich your nation? Has your public education ever made profits for the government? If no, then it is the worst kind of investment! Fuck you, your communist sympathizers!

The Golden Hand takes the expansion of left-wing ideologies seriously. We will do anything to preserve capitalism, the system that has brought about unprecedented prosperity to humanity. Of course, the response from a socialist-inspired state like Myanmar will be predictable. Like in Thailand, your government will prosecute the free people who only want the freedom to do business as they desire. Individual liberty is inviolable! Myanmar is violating this principle, the pillar of any free-market regime.

All messages from non-official channels were passed through the Royal Myanma Correspondence Office (RMCO). Upon reviewing the e-mail, it was deemed either a troll or an empty threat. Still, it was sent to the proper authorities in the government, who promptly begin investigating and were able to track down the general location of the sender via the email header's metadata, giving them the IP. A request was then sent to Thailand to demand the IP's Internet Service Provider give Myanmar an exact location to keep a watchful eye on the sender.

Constitutionally, internet service provision is part of Universal Basic Services; hence, workers’ cooperatives do not have any presence in such a section. National Telecom Cooperative, a Thai democratically self-managed state-owned enterprise, would receive the formal request from the Myanmar authorities. The company itself didn’t have the authority to disclose or inspect any emails sent by domestic residents under the People’s Data Privacy Act (PDPA). However, since the formal request included the information regarding The Golden Hand, a domestic terrorist group, the enterprise’s workers’ council forwarded the message to the Internal Security Operation Command (ISOC), a domestic intelligence agency under the Ministry of Interior.

Eventually, ISOC would secure judicial oversight within a few hours of the request. The exact location of the IP address requested by the Myanmar authorities resided inside Nai Mueang, the capital city of the Phichit Provincial Federation. Incidentally, a criminal case involving a terrorist attack conducted by The Golden Hand was ongoing locally. The provincial government was made aware of and demanded that they handle the request themselves, as the Bangkok Provincial Court has no jurisdiction in the local affairs of a provincial federation. The Phichit Provincial Assembly would privately message the Myanmar authorities, thanking them for informing the National Telecom Cooperative of such information.

The National Telecom Cooperative provincial autonomous branch in Phichit would provide the Myanmar authorities with the exact location of the email sender inside the province’s capital city after securing local judicial oversight. Additionally, a reassurance was made by the Phichit Provincial Assembly that local law enforcement would take care of the email sender, as the terrorist group is a suspect in the local bombing case. The Office of Foreign Intelligence would be made aware that The Golden Hand has threatened a legitimate and democratic foreign government and send a thankful message to the Myanmar government for their request.
