Minister Marini Okereke,

Mbote et bonne journée. I’m writing to you today on the Behalf of the President, Mesut Yılmaz to invite your government to a high profile intergovernmental International conference in the beautiful city of Istanbul, Turkey. The goal of this meeting is to establish an international military alliance of non-aligned states who wish to support the sovereignty of their people and stop the influence and pressure of the United States and European Powers that act in the best interests of themselves and money. Any government staff will have an invitation and the nicest accommodations available will be made for your government to ensure comfort throughout the duration of the high stakes meeting. The president himself will be attending the conference to establish the alliance and we will have several other heads of state expected to attend as well to discuss top secret military, economic, and political affairs.
Turkey wants to take special interest recently Into the support of developing nations worldwide and we believe with the recent activity Internationally by your new Administration in Congo that your nation is a perfect fit. Already the center of Africa with influence throughout your region, we see that your government may want to expand its borders to assist the struggling nations that surround Congo but this cannot be done with western interference of course But now with our upcoming political alliance we can work together to secure a brighter future for central Africa. We also appreciate the Congolese patience in our orders from TDE and hope to secure your administration’s sovereignty further with new more advanced equipment designed inTurkey that could be produced in the Congo.
If your government chooses to attend we will have security as our paramount concern to ensure the safety of all staff brought into Turkey and unlike other western diplomatic summits we will allow fully armed security details to accompany your delegation to the meeting alongside our own security personnel that will consist of hundreds of Turkish Armed forces Personell across Istanbul, Thousands of Turkish Police, and SADT Defense Corporation operatives trained in anti terrorism tactics. Transportation to the meeting can be provided by the Turkish Air force via A340 or A330 if your respective government does not have an aircraft capable of a direct flight to Istanbul. We also have a KC-130 on standby that can refuel your government aircraft mid flight if you choose to fly your own government aircraft that may not have the range to complete a direct flight.
If your respective government is interested in attending please make a simple reply and inform us of any questions or concerns so that we can best accommodate your government. I look forward to your reply Minister Okereke.

Details:
The location of the meeting will be Istanbul Çağlayan Justice Palace, with accomidations for all of your diplomatic staff. The Meeting will be (TBD) in total and your Diplomatic staff will be accommodated in the waterside, 5 star Ciragan Palace Kempinski Hotel as well as the 5 star Shangri-La Bosphorus Hotel. These will be heavily guarded and your own armored escort will be provided for all staff unless your respective nations bring their own vehicles. IATA Airport will be heavily guarded by the Turkish Army and Air Force Security for your Aircraft and 3 F-16A/B Multi Role Fighter jets will be stationed at the airport in order to provide aerial cover during landing and Takeoff.

The Congo thanks you greatly for the honor of attending such a high-stakes conference, and we will come fully prepared. We intend to bring to the conference our very own Emperor, aboard his private yacht. We will escort him with three Oaxaca class patrol vessels, each carrying 39 marines. We will also bring forty diplomatic staff as well as all of our military and defense advisors, who will sail with the Emperor. We will arrive and pay for our own accommodations. Though not necessary, a further naval escort would be greatly appreciated upon entering the Mediterranean.

Thank you for your response, the Ministry of Defense has authorized your escorts and has approved an fully armed Lafayette Class Frigate Escort vessel that will meet his excellency and his escorts at the strait of Gibraltar which will then sail to the port of Haydarpaşa in Istanbul. Additionally your accommodations will already be paid for and selected though if his excellency decides that he would like to stay at a separate hotel in Istanbul please notify me and we can have that sorted out. A File shared with all invited parties will be shared shortly with the itinerary and further security accommodations.

We thank you for arranging a further naval escort for the Emperor and his staff. Upon arriving in Istanbul, the crews and escorts will take up any accommodations in hotels or motels around the city. The Emperor himself and his close staff, as well as the higher security staff, will be renting a villa just outside of the city at their own expense. If we could be informed as to a more solid date for the conference, and whether or not we should set out when we are first able to, it would be much appreciated.
