• Kamov Ka-137 UAVs – One hundred and two (102) units

We appreciate the Government of Myanmar's interest in pursuing formal consultations concerning the procurement of defence and dual-use systems as part of your modernization and national development agenda. The scope and scale of your request have been duly noted.

In response, we have began internal coordination with the relevant authorities and industrial partners to prepare official quotations and assess availability for the following platforms and we can offer the following quotations to your government.

We currently cannot offer a price for the USA-2M Pile Driving Vehicle but the above total comes to $5,417,424,191. We look forward to continuing this dialogue through established diplomatic and technical channels, and will ensure that our teams are prepared to engage in detailed consultations at the earliest opportunity.

In addition, wish to inform you of our intent to sell a portion of our surplus defence inventory. These assets are in excellent condition, maintained to the highest operational standards, and have never seen combat deployment. We would be pleased to offer them to the Russian Federation at a 30% discount off standard market valuation.

This equipment is:

• 10 x Gepard-class Frigates
  • Discounted Unit Price: USD 245,000,000.00
  • Total Value: USD 2,450,000,000.00
• 50 x Sukhoi Su-25TM Close Air Support Aircraft
  • Discounted Unit Price: USD 12,483,000.00
  • Total Value: USD 624,150,000.00

These systems remain fully operational and are available for immediate inspection and acquisition. Should the Russian Federation be interested in any portion of this offering, we are ready to have them shipped immediately.

In alignment with our internal procurement procedures, we respectfully request that the total payment be divided into two equal installments of USD 1,537,075,000.00, to be made over a two-month period. We believe this structure will facilitate smoother financial coordination on both sides and ensure timely execution of all obligations.
