The Turkish Minister of affairs would contact the Korean Government, alerting them that after some time the planned Turkish-Korean Summit is now ready to commence and that Turkish Government officials including the PM, MoFA, and MoD are ready to board aircraft and begin the trip to Korea when given the OK by the ROK Government.
