To Syrian Ministry of Defense/Mustafa Tlass,

Good afternoon and As-Salaam-Alaikum, General Tlass. I have messaged you today to discuss the current status of the internal security of Syria and to request a few things of the Syrian Arab Republic to improve the well being of our two nation’s peoples. First to mention is the state of the Syrian Internal security and the perception currently by the Ministry of Turkish Defense that Syrian Stability seems to be in a negative trend. This is due to a few factors such as the Muslim Brotherhood Uprising that lead to a great deal of violence in Syria just a few years ago and which was suppressed by the government but not without loss of life. The regretful death President Assad’s son who we believe and was perceived by the Turkish Intelligence service of the previous administration as the likely heir to the leadership has further lead to to worries about the internal security of Syria. As of now the Turkish Ministry of Defense is requesting that the Syrian Arab Republic increase troops numbers throughout the nation in assistance with the local police forces due to Recent reports of the Muslim Brotherhood possibly reforming in exile in neighboring Iraq. The Muslim Brotherhood should be #1 priority of the Syrian Arab Republic as a attempted second coup could lead to the total destabilization of the Middle East and Syria. Another priority that should be addressed immediately is the insurgent Kurds in the Eastern portion of your nation. Currently the Insurgents have been seen seeking protection in the eastern region of Syria. This is of course unacceptable to the Turkish government and its people as the Kurds are nothing more than violent terrorists and should be disposed of immediately. We of course are expanding on the previous administration‘s attempts to rid Eastern Turkey of these filth and will begin a operations in the coming months that we hope will be supported by the Syrian Arab Government to erradicate any insurgent Kurds in the East.

Secondly, the Turkish Ministry of Defense would like to request the Immediate action of the Syrian Government to take action against any armed forces personnel that attempt to cross the Syrian-Turkish Border. After the still fresh incursion in 89 and the destruction of a Turkish Aircraft in Turkish airspace by Syrian Jets and the denial by the Syrian Government of which you are employed by we request that, #1. Syria Admits wrongdoing of its air forces in the 1989 Helicopter downing, and #2. Syria Officially announces strict punishment for any and all Syrian Military personnel that cross the Turkish Border without prior permission by the Turkish Government or Ministry of Defense. Failing to do these will result in Action by the Armed forces of the republic of Turkey to Heavily restrict entry into the Republic of turkey and the addition of Heavily Armed Border patrol personnel. I and the Ministry of Defense await your response.

Good Afternoon Minister Huluski Akar, I understand your concerns however our nation is in an upward trend in dealing with the destabilized environment that were a result of the Economic Crisis. I ensure you that the Muslim Brotherhood made a recent attempt as did many other to seize power during that collapse and they and many other failed, we as a nation have come out more united then earlier. Because of this situation we are advising you of the following.

1. The Syrian Government will avoid deploying troops when not needed which as it currently stand with the figures we have received is not the case.
2. We will not sacrifice the unity of our nation due to your ethnic civil issues. While Turkey has the right to perform any operation inside its borders the Syrian Defense Ministry will take all steps to protect the Syrian people inside our borders.
3. We will not reopen the issue of the events in 1989 as this occurred pre collapse of the Syrian Government.
4. The Syrian Military is not allowed to operate outside Syrian borders without approval from the President. As such is already the case the Syrian Government will not make a public decree of an already official policy to appease foreign powers. You of course can restrict your borders if you deem it however I must warn against deploying forces to the border to avoid a potential escalation that will happen if Syrian forces have to deploy in response to Turkish Deployments.

To Syrian Ministry of Defense/Mustafa Tlass,

As you raise considerable points in your argument the Republic of Turkey still has issue with #2 and deem it unacceptable. The fact that the Syrian Arab Republic knowingly harbors terrorists that have caused serious damage to infrastructure and the lives of everyday Turks living in the eastern provinces disturbs the MoD and myself. The Republic of Turkey demands immediate action in the removal of these terrorists and it will not not be hindered by the interests of the Syrian Arab Republic. If the Syrian Arab Republic does not choose to eliminate their presence then immediate action must be taken. At the beginning of the upcoming month [July] If your government has chosen to still accept the presence of these Kurdish Terrorists then all immigration and visas will be hereby denied. All trade will also cease with the exception of Food and Medical supplies. Any other resources previously imported from the Republic of Turkey via vehicle or truck will be denied without prior authorization by the Ministry of Defense and Ministry of Commerce. Tourism if any will be denied to Syrian Nationals as well and Syrian Civilian Aircraft will be restricted from any and all Turkish airspace. Finally the Turkish Straits will be restricted to Syrian Flagged Vessels and vessels departing from any dock in Syria. Understand that this can be avoided if the Syrian Arab Republic agrees in the removal of the Kurds. I await your response Minister Tlass.

We regret to hear of the actions the government of Turkey are threatening to take to achieve your goals. We insist again that the Syrian Government is not harboring terrorist but instead loyal Syrian citizens that will not be discriminated against as we do not wish to have our own Kurdish issue as a destabilizing force inside our nation. We are willing to take whatever repercussions to preserve Syrian sovereignty.

To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Syrian Arab Republic,

The Syrian Government has not accepted the proposed plan according to their coverup and excuse for “National Sovereignty” and therefore will have to deal with the following consequences.

1. All Immigration is hereby denied, all Visas and e-Visas are now to be denied.

2. All Exports and Imports from the Syrian Arab Republic or Originating the the region will cease except for Medicine and food products.

3. The passage of Syrian Flagged civilian vessels into the Black Sea for whatever the purpose will be denied, Military Vessels will no longer be accepted as well. This also will include Turkish Owned Waters.

4. All Civilian and Military Aircraft will be denied entry into Turkish Aerospace without approval by the Turkish Ministry of Defense.

5. At any time, if a Syrian Vessel, Aircraft, or Vehicle crosses into the Turkish Republic without permission they will be warned via radio frequency or if there is no radio then local police will signal the immediate halt of the vessel, aircraft, or vehicle. If these initial warnings are not heeded and local security cannot deal with the issue then Turkish Military Personnel, Aircraft, or Vessels will be summoned to again warn the vessel. At this point if no action is taken, then warning shots will be made, continued disregard will lead to military action. Aircraft will be given their final warning before ground based or air based missiles are fired at the hostile aircraft. Sea vessels will be boarded and in the case of Military vessels the ship will be fired apon by both naval and aerial craft. Land based groups will be arrested or if resisting, shot. This can be avoided by following mandates 1-4.

The Turkish Republic understands that this will put a massive amount of economic strain on the Syrian Arab Republic and these mandates will become void if the Syrian Arab Republic agrees to immediate elimination of Kurdish Rebels hiding out in the Al-Hasakah Governorate. Consider these consequences and simply message the Ministry of Foreign Affairs if the Syrian Government decides to change it‘s mind.
