He has made an extraordinary contribution to American politics and an extraordinary contribution to America's role in the world. Ted Kennedy was in Congress a robust and continuing supporter of the alliance between the United States and Australia. Starting today, all managerial and budgetary decisions, including the institute's policies, are the responsibility of all students and associated employees unless they democratically delegate such tasks to representatives.
