South Korea is an industrially and technologically significant nation, I would like to inquire about the possibility of Ukraine acquiring the 7 or 10 nm, 14 nm and 22 nm process manufacturing technology to create a more high technology semiconductor industry here. We are willing to transfer 2 billion USD for complete technology transfers. I look forward to your reply and any continued cooperation with your state. As you are more then likely aware, South Korea has come a long way in regards to economics, to become one of only 5 developed nations within the Asian continent. We owe much of this success to our technology, such as the products your are enquiring about. In the modern world, nanometer is being utilised in a huge range of products, from smartphones and televisions to shipping. Due to the importance of such technology and significance it is playing in the South Korean economy, I am afraid we are not willing to sell it outright, especially to an industry that could compete with ourselves and jeopardise our global standing. Instead, we are willing to cooperate with Ukraine in creating future products and technologies which would require this technology.
