Greetings! It is with great joy that the people and government of Ukraine welcomes your government to the world stage. Ukraine is eager to expand its friendships across the globe, and we already have a stable trading relationship with Egypt to your North. The Ukrainian government is a bold government of action on behalf of its peace and prosperity loving people. We do not practice the militaristic and harsh version of old communism that lead to the damage of the Ukraine in countless famines and strikes. We work closely with our people and fulfill their needs as well as promote small business growth and international trade.

As such we are eager to work with a nation of such promise as Ethiopia. We believe that their are immediate steps that we can take to greatly aid your nation by strengthening the stability of your government as well as providing investment and trade for your people. We would also be willing to negotiate a educational and cultural exchange program by which promising Ethiopian students be granted placement into Ukrainian schools and universities.

As for trade goods we offer:

1. Iron, Steel
2. Cereals
3. Animal/Vegetable oil, fats, wax
4. Machinery including computers
5. Wood

As a goodwill gesture we could arrange for the shipment of two weekly 16,000 TEU shipments of cereals from Odessa, Ukraine to Alexandria, Egypt, and then we could negotiate for the shipment to proceed from land south with the Egyptian authorities. By my rough calculations this will supply 670 million kilograms of cereals to your people every week, enough to subside any fears of famine. At the same time, I would propose the dispatching of Ukrainian engineering teams to help begin the planned expansion of the Air port of Addis Ababa.

The government of the Ethiopian Federation is always looking to improve relations with the other Nations in the Global Assembly. We believe that opening up trade and interacting with other nations is the key to our natural growth. We are grateful for the offer of trade and gladly accept it. The goods that we have available for trade is very much are valuable for many different types of production that you may want. We will decide to list them here.

We believe that trading our plentiful coal deposits for the cereal would be most appropriate. We also very much accept the engineering help from the great people of the Ukraine. We are greatful for the help and trade from the Ukrainian people.

We would be very happy to begin setting up a trade route of cereals for coal, we will begin negotiations to arrange for their travel through Egypt. Further, we would like to know your opinion of the Apartheid regime in South Africa. They are openly hostile to our government despite no provocation and have banned our diplomats and closed our embassy. We view them as a security threat to the stability of Africa, and we view their domestic policies of hatred to be abhorrent.

We seek to support an Africa that is focused on prosperity and safety for all of its citizens, not just a select few. We are very hopeful to work with your government in doing so.

We will also begin the logistics of organizing an engineering squad for travel to Ethiopia to survey the airport and come up with a cost evaluation for the project of updating and upgrading the airport. Further, we believe that we could arrange for several Ukrainian Professors to do teaching tours at Universities in Ethiopia, strengthening their credibility and the quality of education they could offer.

On your question about the South African Aparthied, we are fully against the segregation of black Africans, which is our people and the native people of South Africa. We think that it is a terrible situation for the people who is under the regime. If it were to get worse, we would publicly condemn the South African government,

Going to the professors and education, we accept the Ukrainian professors with open arms. The education of our people is highly needed, and we appreciate that.

Ukraine is honored to have a role in the expansion of prosperity in Ethiopia. The expansion of prosperity among all of the people of the world is a noble goal that we in Ukraine strive for. We wish to spread equality, prosperity, and safety to Africa, as we believe this will strengthen our own culture at home.

We are pleased to hear that you do not plan on working to help the South Africans advance their goals in Africa. We can understand your government remaining silent on the issue for now, local politics are no doubt better understood by you than by me.

How is the situation in Ethiopia? Is your government secure? How goes the reorganization of your armed forces? We in Ukraine are hopeful to aid your government in all of these issues.

The government of Ethiopia is very pleased to see that you all are interested in the future of the African continent. While there is lighter poverty at home and the hospitals need a higher repair, the government is being eradicated of corruption. Our corruption is going away day by day. It’s a supremely great time to be Ethiopian. Though we do need to strengthen our military overtime. It is a dangerous continent. The political climate is good for our people.

This is excellent news, should you need modern main battle tanks or armored personnel carriers please let us know, our own industries can provide these. We also believe it would be pertinent for you to contact the government of Egypt about moving trade domestically through their country and using an Egyptian port as port of entry to the continent of Africa for Ethiopia, this would give you Point of Entry ports on both the red sea and the Mediterranean, as well as strengthen your relationship with a vital regional ally.
