Greetings, I am very happy to announce the return of stable government to Ukraine, and I hope that in time a strong relationship will grow to exist between Germany and Ukraine. European affairs will be greatly enhanced for us with a strong relationship with Berlin, and Kyiv makes a natural bridge to the East for your own government. We are very confident in our two governments abilities to work together for the betterment of both of our people and the whole of Europe. Both a traditional and proud people, I look forward to engagement with your government. We would propose the signing of a mutual and free trade agreement between our two countries, as well as perhaps suggest the organization of student and educational exchanges to promote learning and culture.

"Mr. Kinkle! I am very well, how are you? How is the state of the new Germany? We are eager to reach out to European nations that may seem outside our sphere of influence. The Iron Curtain has fallen, a new era of communism now exists, of that we assure Germany. We are eager to sign a trade agreement with your nation, and we are also eager to negotiate a cultural and peace treaty, that will allow students to study on visa in either of our countries, as well as make it much easier to travel for all of our citizens between our two states. This treaty will also affirm our commitment to peace between our two states."

"Indeed we have begun our own modernization programs. We are extremely excited about the future of Ukraine and that of Europe. We would propose a treaty at its basic that guarantees a peaceful future between our two states and commits our governments to a pledge of this peace between our two states, further we would propose allowing travel for the purpose of tourism, education, and business be streamlined with basic student visas being granted on a 'must issue' basis, stating that if a student meets certain basic requirements the visa must be issued. Further Ukraine would be open to allowing open travel requiring only a passport and no visa for any German citizens traveling to Ukraine for less than 60 days. This would greatly promote travel and understanding between our two peoples."
