Greetings! Congratulations on securing stability in Rwanda. The people of Ukraine stand with all Rwandans as you attempt to lead your nation forward instead of into its past. Ukraine watches with eager anticipation the rise of a reasonable African state that can lead the people of Africa to prosperity and ultimately peace. The Nation of Ukraine would like to lend its hand to Rwanda as a global trade and diplomatic partner. Our industries can support your industries. We could create a system in which to educate Rwandans at the prestigious Ukrainian University System, and we could promote a system of investment and exportation to Rwanda as well as the mass importation of goods from Rwanda.

I would be most open to a traveling to Kigali to officially open relations between our two nations at the opening of a Ukrainian Embassy in Kigali, at the same time we will authorize a Rwandan embassy in Kyiv. My travel to Kigali could also allow for a face to face meeting to allow us to discuss the first step in opening strong relations between Rwanda and Ukraine.
