Minister Çakı,

On behalf of the President and the American People, I offer my sincerest condolences to the families of those who were killed in Ankara during the most recent terrorist attack that was carried out by the "The Kurdish Hawks" organization. I have been directed to reach out to you and ask if there is any way that the United States can assist your government or if there are any particular ways in which we could directly help in your current operations. As I am sure you are aware, the Federal Government is in a transitional phase in which we will have a new President by the end of the month.​
