Foreign Minister,
I was instructed to inform you that the United States has begun production on six Hamilton-class Cutters for Vietnam. We are looking forward to handing these over to you in due time once they are done being built. Also, the EPA has begun looking into ways to remediate parts of Vietnam from Agent Orange contamination. I wanted to ask if you could provide any update as to the obligations your government is required to fulfil in our treaty before the year 2000? Please let me know if you have any questions or if there is anything I can do to help.
