START MESSAGE

The National Command Authority has activated units of the United States Air Force and United States Joint Special Operations Command for a joint-operation between the United States, the Russian Empire, the Kingdom of Poland, and Ukranian special forces. Deployed American forces will arrive at the 23rd Air Base in Poland within 96 hours. U.S. Special Forces will have five special-use helicopters at the airbase to transport allied forces to Ukraine: 2 for American forces, 1 for Russian forces, 1 for Polish forces, and 1 in reserve - all of the aircraft will be flown by American pilots. The NCA requests a rendezvous of American, Russian, and Polish forces at this base, and Polish approval for the rendezvous. A further debrief will be issued at the airbase.

1st Special Forces Detachment of the 22nd Special Forces Brigade will be arriving at the 23rd Air Base within an hour. These 30 Spetsnaz will be used in aiding alleviating the hostage situation in Lyiv.

The remaining 460 Spetsnaz will rendezvous with Ukrainian Spetsnaz in Kyiv and will await the arrival of Polish and American special forces before assaulting key locations and securing V.I.Ps.
