ATLANTIC THEATER

Carrier Strike Group Four, Submarine Squadron 2, and Submarine Squadron 6 were sent secure orders from the National Military Command Center to immediately redeploy to the North Atlantic Ocean. Rear Admiral Thibodeaux ordered that the fleet immediately begin the journey back home to the Westen Hemisphere. All flights as previously described would continue while all surface vessels would continue to use all passive and active means of radar available to them, while the submarines and surface vessels would use all passive means of sonar to detect any other vessels within range. Throughout this transit, the fleet would not enter the territorial waters of any country other than the United States and the United Kingdom.

Carrier Strike Group Four, Submarine Squadron 2, and Submarine Squadron 6 arrived at (45.457196, -56.843475) which was just outside of an area between Newfoundland and Nova Scotia. The fleet remained there, at increased readiness, as they continued aforementioned flights to maintain their situation awareness. The fleet was there, mostly, to guard against any kind of an attempt at foreign intervention in Canada. However, the fleet was fully prepared to take any and all actions necessary to defend itself or the United States.

A Flash-Action message from the National Military Command Center at the Pentagon informed the commanders of Operation Hidden Dragon that the National Command Authority had changed the DEFCON level from 4 to 5. Half an hour later, a priority message was sent to inform the commanders of the operation that they were being stood down and that they were to return back to port. All sailors and Marines were to be given shore leave. The fleet would, of course, maintain its level of readiness as it returned back to port. All of the aircraft and equipment that were loaded on before would be unloaded and returned to their respective bases. The operation was now, for all intents and purposes, complete as there was no longer a credible threat against Canada or North America.
