Upgrading the Leopard 1A5

I was wondering about the rules for upgrading a vehicle like the Leopard 1A5
What would I do if I wanted to apply a tested upgrade like MEXAS?

Would this require R&D?

Good Morning,

For the changes specified, R&D would be required with the adjustments to the vehicle, then you would need to use the 'upgrade' form to change existing tanks which would take them out of service until complete.
You would need to either own, operate, have shares or a Domestic Production Licence to R&D them on your vehicles.
