Greetings,

I would like to open official relations between Èire and Vietnam with the establishment of a trade route between our two countries. For exports we ca provide Electrical machinery, Footwear, Computers, Textiles, and Furniture at this time. I would like to hear back from you what exports your country would be ble to provide in such a trade. Also I would like to take this time to offer a hand of friendship in that should the need arise Vietnam ca provide relief aid. Without a doubt the winter in Europe is the worst it has been in years. Hopefully it does not become much worse then the current situation, but we are here should the need arise.

Best wishes

Greetings, I'd like to Thank You for reaching put to me and my colleagues at the foreign office in Dublin with regards to the establishment of diplomatic relations between our two nations, however, it is my government's policy at this point in time to reject such offers of friendship from communist countries. Until certain measures are taken to democratize the government of Vietnam I'm afraid I have no choice but to deny you the satisfaction of having Irish friendship. We will however be more than happy to export some of our food stuffs and cosmetics to Vietnam. We are looking forward to hearing back from you at a later date.

Greetings,

I am afraid you misunderstand perhaps the nature of our government as we have returned to a Socialist-oriented market economy in light of a rejection of the system the hard line Trotsky inspired party had implemented. This is by far no dictatorship and we are proud of what we have accomplished with the ousting of the dictator like previous administration. However should this not be sufficient we would like to import food stuffs from your nation, but what would you like in return?

Best wishes

Greetings, it seems as though one of my colleagues at the foreign office in Dublin has misinformed me of the nature of Vietnam's government and economy. To that end, I would like to apologize. In return for computers and electrical machinery we will trade you cosmetics and pharmaceuticals. I will see to it that Vietnam is given an exemption in regards to government policy on communism/socialism. An embassy shall be established in Dublin.

Thank you, your change of mind is very much appreciated. It is understandable as the specter of old communism has hung over this world like a guillotine ever since the battle for Europe between the Neo Soviet union and the ISAF. If I recall correctly a previous Irish administration alongside Australia negotiated a peace during that war. Once a space is prepared we can send an embassy team over, and we shall do the same for you in Hanoi. For trade we would like for the exports you offered to be shipped to Saigon Port if possible on a monthly basis. How often would you like us to send our exports and to which port?
