Concerned Greetings,

If you are unwilling to sell the listed hardwares then we will be doubling what you will allow. 24 Lockheed M-21, 48 Lockheed D-21, and 24 Lockheed RF-104G Starfighters. However we would like to request to know why you have denied the sale of the Lockheed SR-71A Blackbird, Lockheed U-2 and AC-130W Stinger II. Both the Blackbird and U-2 fill gaps that the D-21 and Starfighters are unable to fill.

We were going to also request to purchase the THAAD and MIM-104F (PAC-3). Also given our number of self propelled howitzers we were looking to purchase a large number of the M712 Copperhead.

Greetings,

Unfortunate, but understandable of course. Before we commence with a purchase does First Choice have any unlisted equipment that you would recommend we consider? Though on top of what is already there we would like to know the price for 12 A350-1000. Also just to be sure, is the Eurocopter Tiger available for purchase?

My Sincerest Apologies for not being able to accommodate the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Excluding the Lockheed AC-130, First Choice are happy to sell any other derivative of the Lockheed C-130 Hercules?
May I ask you to confirm whether you will be purchasing Maintenance Licenses for all the Mentioned Products? So that I may update your Annual Fees...

12 Airbus A350-1000 XWB for $439,800,000.00 Per Unit, including 10% VAT.
The Eurocopter Tiger HAP is $35,822,760.00 Per Unit. Alternatively, $47,201,038.80 Per Unit for the HAD Model.

Greetings,

We will not be needing the Lockheed C-130 Hercules at this time due to our possession of a platform that already fulfills that role. However, would you be able to sell an older variant of the AC-130? Such as the AC-130A Spectre, AC-130E Spectre, or AC-130H Spectre?

Also, we have changed our minds on the Lockheed D-21. We will be wanting 60 of them due to our planned use of it. This puts us at currently:
12 Airbus A350-1000 XWB
12 Eurocopter Tiger HAP
24 Lockheed M-21
60 Lockheed D-21
24 Lockheed RF-104G Starfighter
12 MIM-104 Patriot
72,500 M712 Copperhead
For the copperhead are you able to provide either the G/VLLD, LTD Laser Target Designator, or MULE modular universal laser equipment? I have read that the Lockheed MQM-105 Aquila can designate targets for the system.

We will be purchasing the maintenance licenses for all the products we have listed so far.

Unfortunately, all our Lockheed AC-130 Derivatives are RESTRICTED. Our advice to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam is, Patience and Loyalty... Qualities we search for in our Clientele.

The M212 does require a Laser Designator, Absolutely. However, despite the MQM-105 Aquila's intended purpose with the Copperhead, this goes largely untested. First Choice cannot guarantee the Products will work together, as they should.
Should you decide against this risk, First Choice are not in possession of G/VLLD, LTD or MULE Designators. Therefore, Vietnam would need to speak with Leonardo, Italy or Boeing, US to acquire these.
Knowing these facts, Please confirm whether Vietnam would like to continue their order of Copperheads?

And, in the meantime, we shall adjust your License Fee.

Greetings,

We will be going forward with the purchase of the Copperheads, and will look into whether or not Italy is willing to sell us designators. But just incase they are not willing we will purchase a number of MQM-105 Aquila. At the moment we are interested in acquiring 240 of the MQM-105 Aquila to pair up with our artillery units.

The Lockheed MQM-105 Aquila requires time in a Research Facility, to ensure your Product is in Optimal Condition. First Choice will exclude this Product and Associated Charges, so that we may continue.
The Socialist Republic of Vietnam will receive a Notice, when the MQM-105 Aquila is ready for Production. For now, the Price of your Procurement Package is $12,412,067,331.20, including VAT.
Due to the Volume of M712 Copperhead on order, First Choice will schedule 7 Batches of 10,000. The First Batch should be complete by the 08th August, 2012. (19th September)

The Annual Licensee Fee of $933,800,000.00 is included in our Asking Price. When the MQM-105 Aquila is ready, an Additional Fee of $133,400,000.00 is required.
Please address the Transfer to his (Mr Alexander Smith) First Choice Account.

Greetings,

How long will it take you to finish developing the Lockheed MQM-105 Aquila? I imagine it cannot take that long? Will the developed Aquila be to the specifications that it has listed on it? Will the development of the Aquila cost us extra? Previously you mentioned that it's intended role with the copperhead is unproven and that we must use it at our own risk. However if you are developing it should it not work as intended? I would certainly hope so as that it what we will be waiting for and then purchasing. Please do get back to us soon, as this purchase is of the utmost importance.

My apologies. There seems to have been a Communications Error with the Research Department. The Lockheed MQM-105 Aquila doesn't require any Research Days. The Socialist Republic of Vietnam may purchase them, as they are.
During Operational Testing (1987), the Lockheed MQM-105 Aquila successfully demonstrated a number of complex tasks. However, was cancelled due to the ever changing and increasing mission requirements of the US Airforce.
First Choice may not be able to guarantee, but we confidently say the M712 Copperheads and the MQM-105 Aquila should have no pairing issues.

We have amended the Procurement Value to $13,069,051,331.20, including VAT. The Annual License Fee of $1,067,200,000.00 has been covered in the Asking Price.
To continue, Please address the Transfer to his (Mr Alexander Smith) First Choice Account.

Greetings,

We have transferred the funds and look forward to receiving the products. They will be of great aid to us for certain. Will you be able to provide us with email updates as you send out production batches? Anyhow, it has been good doing business with FC, and a rare opportunity to work with a stable supplier. It is my hope that we shall do business again in the future. If we acquire additional copperheads in the future we shall contact FC directly as well. Also, we will inform you of how well the two systems pair up upon receiving them.

We have Processed your Payment. However, the Vietnamese made an overpayment of $1,067,200,000.00. Perhaps, I wasn't clear the License Fee was covered in the Procurement Value.
The First Batch of Lockheed M712 Copperheads, 001 are being processed. Please expect their Delivery on the 11th August, 2012 (21st September)
We are happy to receive information of our Copperheads and MQM Aquila, in operation together. That, will certainly help us to improve our Database.

We would like to offer a ONCE 25% Discount, CODE25 to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, for any future business with First Choice. Visit our Defence Sales for more information.

Greetings,

Thank you for informing us about the overpayment. Once able please refund the overpaid amount. Does the 25% discount expire at anypoint? We will be sure to use it at some point when making a future purchase. As for now I think we have purchased what is needed. But we will have to see, as we are currently getting our military in proper order.

Greetings,

It is interesting that you have mentioned our endeavours, for an interesting situation has come up when it comes to funding. Our budget has gotten incredibly tighter then we were expecting, as we are juggling the acquirement of the G11K2 for the military, the research and development of several pieces of high tech equipment, the training of new troops in mass, various procurements, and developing our nation. Previously there were negotiations between FC and our country for country wide development and the creation of a city of tomorrow. There was discussions of a massive loan, and somehow those talks fell through. I would like for us to reenter those talks, as at the moment we require what one would call a safety net so we do not go over budget. Would FC be willing to provide a loan? If so what is the max amount you would be able to provide? Obviously for a safety net at this point 100 billion would be extreme, so we would be looking more at the range of 25 billion, something easily paid back over a short period of time.

Greetings,

We can agree to the provided terms conditions as listed above, and confirm that we wish to proceed. Though going forward are there any actions that Vietnam could take that would result in a loan being withdrawn? Anything that would not be listed in the terms above. I doubt that we would do anything to cause this, but it is good to know all of the facts going forward.

Please review the Transfer, 001 from our investment team. Loan Terminations are extremely rare, and never without good reason. Our Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Alexander Smith will personally write to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, should he have an issue with their conduct. Terminations are usually for, only the most serious crimes — illegal Military Occupation, and Crimes against Humanity. Our Agreements are approved in Good Faith to our Clients, to act within the Foundations of the Law...
