Greetings,
An important matter has come up which cannot be ignored in the light of the discussion of alliances and close bonds between our two nations in specific. Very recently we went about a massive procurement program that involved Russia. However, their government apparently has either collapsed or stopped taking our calls. We got the vast majority of the equipment for the procurement, but there are vital pieces that are absolutely necessary that we are missing. That is why I would very much appreciate it if the Chinese arms industry can pick up where Russia left off. We were going about equipping an Airborne Division, Naval Infantry Division, as well as the entirety of our border forces.
Per division it would have been 16 x BMD-4 125-mm Tank Destroyers, 924 x BTR-MD Rakushka APC, 250 x BMD-4M ACV, 50 x Bumerang BTR-16 8x8 APC, 500 x GAZ-33097 4x4 Logistics Trucks, 10 x 2S1 Gvozdika 122-mm Self-Propelled Howitzers, 6 x Vena 120-mm Self-Propelled Mortar Carriers, 4 x Gibka-S, 168 x GAZ Tigr 4x4 Infantry Mobility Vehicle, and 36 x Kornet-D 4x4 ATGM Platforms
Per Border Defence Garrison we had it at 8 x Credo-1E Unified Moving Target Locating Radar, 8 x Fara-VR Ground Surveillance Radar, 32 x Ural-63059 Typhoon MRAP, 50 x BTR-80 8x8, 84 x GAZ Tigr 4x4 Infantry Mobility Vehicle, 40 x GAZ-33097 4x4 Logistics Truck, 4 x 2S1 Gvozdika 122-mm Self-Propelled Howitzer, 4 x Vena 120-mm Self-Propelled Mortar Carrier, and 8 x Mi-35M3.
We have not received the BMD-4 125-mm Tank Destroyers, BMD-4M ACV, BTR-MD Rakushka APC, 6 x Vena 120-mm Self-Propelled Mortar Carriers, GAZ Tigr 4x4 Infantry Mobility Vehicle, GAZ-33097 4x4 Logistics Truck, BTR-80 8x8, and Ural-63059 Typhoon MRAP. We require that equipment be both light enough for airdrop, and be amphibious due to the nature of the two divisions that will be ready in April. We also feel the need to buy equipment in order to have replacements for the Russian equipment we already have for this procurement.
Some other projects that Russia has dropped that we believe China can assist with his assistance in the maintenance of our fleet of ships. The development of Vietnam into a fully industrialized and fully developed nation, and equipment for our Dac Cong forces.
Best wishes
