To whom it may concern,

We have received notice of the current German Defence Industries catalogue offering to produce and sell the Panavia Tornado and its variants.

I would like to inform you that due to the takeover of BAE Systems by Nexus Defence, the intellectual ownership of the Panavia Aircraft GmbH and its respective product(s) are controlled by Nexus.

With this in mind, we kindly request that the Tornado aircraft are removed from your point of sale and that you refrain from attempting to build these aircraft.

We would be happy to negotiate a price as we could sell these to the German Air Force if required but these cannot be re-sold.
